Good idea, bad implementation. Frames FTL (for the lose). Use a statically positioned div tag and bump the rest of the site down the size of the div tag. Wouldn't be too hard with PHP.
To make that work, this should be in the header file of the site. <body style="padding-top: 150px; margin: 0px;">
The rest of the board would then show up below the bar with the banner and/or text. Also I thought that the Tower of Babil site looked kind of...meh. I would say try using Drupal. I've been playing with it for my college's anime club website and its very flexible and dynamic. Easy to use, too. Very clean. |

Yeah, apparently it only works on Safari and old versions of IE.

Colossus, Link dosent work for me either.
But I liked that format from Tower of babel...I just wished there was a way I could interact with main boards. Kinda like gaia or something. We need an awesome sprite battle system  |

It doesn't work? Works for me... What message do you get? Basically, it's a frame on the top for the banner. Looks pretty cool.

I was thinking of trying out CuteNews, for awhile or something. A good example would be one of our affiliates Tower of Babil. Just looks more flexible than PHP-Fusion, and I kind of like fixed width's for main sites. |
