no sodium is more of a metalic substace. and does not boom from a drop of water, my AP chem teacher let us drop a piece in water and sodium just fizzled pretty good with some light. the booms come from potassium and down though potasium is just more of flame than boom. |

I believe that it was Sodium and Water. It could be anything, really, but that's my best guess >.> |

He is more twisted than commonly believed. You have one ideal for him for almost the whole movie and then it twists at the very end.
he is still awsome when he used that horse so he could have a cheek and mushroom brisquet. I still want to know what the powder and liquid are that he uses. |

Uhhh, just saw it tonight. It was good. The guy who played Hannibal has a permanent smirk on his face, It's amazing. |

I dont care who they cast as long as they can pull off the psychotic, cunning, handsome look of hannibal and do a good job with the murderous plots and murders them selves.
like when he ate the gaurds face off then use the other guards mangled face to escape. or for those of you who have seen hannibal, the removing of the skull and frying of the brain damn that sounds tasty |

I would be able to sit for hours just watching anthony hopkins talk to/kill/eat people...it would be awesome.

Heh, I watched Silence of the Lambs when I was 13 while eating ribs the whole way through. Yet it gave my cousins nightmares when they originally saw it a few years before that. Meh.
Since there was such a large time gap between Silence and Hannibal I had no problem with a different actress as Clarice, as long as Anthony Hopkins played Hannibal. As for this new movie, I may or may not see it. A few sceens look cool; but at the same time it feels like they are just trying to squeeze more money out of the francise. |

, it was a little weird for me. After seeing "Silence of the Lambs" and then "Hannibal" not long after, it took a little while to get used to it. By the end of the movie though, I was comfortable with Julianne Moore as Clarice. When "Silence of the Lambs" first came out, I was too young to see it. I remember seeing the cover of the movie too, and begging my family to let me watch the "butterfly" movie.
Then I watched it right after "Hannibal" came out on video and was like "Damn...glad y'all put up with my temper tantrums as a kid, I woulda been scared for life." I watched both movies practically back to back, so yeah, it was a little odd seeing someone different at first. |

"Hannibal" is another sequel that came out. I remember when a lot of people were mad that Jodie Foster was replaced with Julianne Moore for the part of Clarice. |

I actually haven't seen "Red Dragon" but I heard it was awesome. I'm hoping I can get a chance to see "Red Dragon" before the chance to see "Hannibal Rising" comes about. I know technically "Hannibal Rising" is a prequel, but I hate seeing movies out of the order they were made (The first time seeing them at least) It just doesn't give off the feeling the director originally intended. **shrugs** |

"Guilty?"
He eats peoples faces off in this movie and later he hangs people while making their intestines hang from thier corpse, he is awsome. Red Dragon's killer was not as cool as Hannibal but he was still a wierd yet cool dude. |

What a way to make a return--talking about the return of a psycho killer.
I'm not sure if I will see this in theaters, but I'm definitely going to try to catch it some time. I missed out on Red Dragon and Hannibal and still haven't seen them. Silence of the Lambs forever rocks, of course. |

Dante? You're back? Squee!
I saw the preview for this while seeing another movie. It does look REALLY good. Very eerie. The cool thing is, we all know what happenes to Hannibal, so they don't have that "element of suprise", which I think will be a good thing in this movie. They have nothing stopping them from having Hannibal do whatever he wants. Judging from previews however, isn't the smartest thing lately...but this one was pretty well done. Just the look on his face at certain parts...they casted him well. |

Since its not already here I shall make it.
The greatest psychopathic serial killer is back and we learn where and how he got his taste for humans. I personally plan to be sitting in the movie theaters on friday to watch this blood bath. Hopefully the makers of this film will not screw up the story of Hannibal Leture in this prequil...prequel...prequle...dang it. |
