I hope no one minds me making another thread on this, but I didn't want to bump the last one. Of course I didn't realize that there were about four other Maple Story threads until after I posted this. Sorrrrrryyy 
There have been a lot of new changes to Maple Story since Nagis's thread. New places and new NCPs that give out new quests. Not to mention new monsters. In MS the mods also do special events for holidays and anniversaries that last about a month usually. During those times you have to kill a LOT of monsters to get special (and sometimes really good) items like weapons, armor or accessories. When I first started playing MS I got really hooked into it. I wouldn't exactly say it was really fun or anything it was just really really addicting. If you play WoW or any other MMORPG then you know what I'm talking about. -__- Anyways, I got to playing and I got addicted to it and next thing I knew I was level 10 and then level 20 and then level 30, then 40. It was crazy, but now I kinda use it more for chatting with some friends as if it were instant messenger except that with MS we could kill some monsters while we were talking to each other lol. Yeah sure it has bad graphics, no PVP and not much to do after finishing all the quests, but it's kinda fun to explore with some friends. My character's name on MS in the world of Windia is named, you guessed it, Fennicy. I am currently level 42 now, but I don't play it as often as I used to. Does anyone else play MS at all? | Well, I used to play alot like a year ago, then quit because of shitty computer.
But played it at Fennicy's house for awhile, got bored, then quit again. Madison game me like 14 million Mesos just to keep me from quitting...oh well. Also, it wont install on my computer. Luckily im getting a new new new new one.  (Last edited by Nagis on 06-28-07 10:51 PM) |

| The game itself would be 100 times better only if there was PVP action involved.
I mean seriously, what better way to kill time than to fight head to head with your friends? Also, they need to upgrade the chairs. Its soo hard to rest and regain your HP when you sit there with 1000+ HP and you only regen like, 40 Per second... |

| Actually if you do things right then it gets to where you don't even need to sit down and you can regain 60hp every 10 seconds. And even though that's still not enough, you how there are benches in every town? You press x next to them to sit on them and you regain like 90 hp every 10 seconds. | |||

| It's about level 16 now, although I met some people who were lower levels than me in the noob island who are now nearing twice mine. However one of them played it almost non-stop and anotherone had a sister who trained her for ages. |

| That must've taken quite a while seeing as after about level 10 or so the monsters at noob island don't give you barely any exp anymore lol.
I tried to stay and do that same thing, but I left anyways because it took too long. |

| Giant bump
I downloaded it 3 weeks ago and Ive been playing it non-stop. (Wondering why im so inactive? )
Anyways, I made it to 30 with the help of Fennicy, I want to hit 50 before the end of the year, perhaps the X2 XP will help a bunch once I can figure out my schedule. -Edit- I fucked up my fighter TWICE. So I WOULD be at lvl 45 by now if it was not for my ignorant stat increases. -____- Right now, on max, I do 700+ Dmg with my fighter, STR 125+, DEX 63, INT and LUK I left alone of course.
