Okay I don't know how and I don't know why. But I'm stuck constantly thinking about one of my best friends that went to Ft. Bragg with my unit. He's due to go to Iraq real soon and I haven't heard from him at all.  The funny thing is, he's sort of MORE than just a friend to me you know?
And I didn't have ANY I mean NO closure over what happened. God I hate the crap I get myself into. SO if I have no closure over all that had happened. What do I say? Nothing... I go on as if nothing happened. Which is so wrong on so many levels.
A lot happens in 400 days. And that's what I mean a lot's going to happen in these 400 days he's gone. Without closure I don't know what I'm going to do. Be confused? I can't believe the hand I've been dealt this time. This is not fun and it's not funny too. Noooow I can't get him out of my head when I'm with Ryan. It's really sad.
I hate random crap like this. It annoys the crap out of me... So when I pull myself away from the world for days this is why. I gotta sort things out. It's a good thing I'm going to the mountains. I find the mountains my home after all. I love the mountains because of the earthy feelings I get around them. I can sort things out next week on my own but hopefully this won't happen again. |

| Just take a deep breath and hope for the best, that is all you can really do. Make contact when you can and try to get the closure you need or whatever. |
