Still iffy, but yeah, Rockman & Forte wasn't 9 after all. Thus ends that mini-debate. I'm pretty excited that they're finally going to be making a Classic Series game again. Hope it turns out well. |

Except wait...I've never actually played any of the Mega/Rock-Man games yet...Umm... *hides* Seriously though, then I think it could be pretty awesome, I only never got into Mega MAn because it's old, and I didn't play video games until it was already old. Bummer. |

Then X through ... hmm, well X-X3 mainly.  
But X4-X6 are good, story just gets worthless. Anyways I'm pretty hyped about this. Rumors are it'll actually be developed for XBLA and PSN, which would more than likely automatically make it a classic sidescroller. Seeing what Capcom has done with other classic series recently I think this is extremely promising. Gotta say, it is weird seeing how all of a sudden Rockman & Forte isn't the official 9 though, I thought for sure it was (even though it was weird being on the SNES rather than the PSX). | Heh, yeah I know what you mean. Even though XBLA has some obscure epic classics like Castlevania SoTN, Ikaruga, etc, it's still much more satisfying owning a physical copy of the game. | |||

| I'm surprised that the screenshots don't lie. Some people think that it may be a lost Megaman game for the NES. However, the ability to charge Mega Man’s Mega Buster arm gun isn’t available initially and to slide is also not available won't make it a good MM9 game.

But yeah, at first it was rumored to be on all three systems, though I think Capcom put that to rest shortly after and said it's Wiiware only. New gameplay was posted (probably insectduel's link), it looks like classic Megaman. I'll definitely be dusting off my Wii for this. |

Hmm, yeah I saw that yesterday. First Kotaku says Wiiware only, then all of them, then Wiiware only again, and now all of them. 
Well that's good, even though it might be blasphemis to play it on something other than a Nintendo console I think I'll get this for XBLA. |

| Here's that interest you Megaman/Rockman fans. While I'm looking for more Megaman/Rockman 9 fan clips, I found Rockman 7 8-bit by accident. It's not a NES game some people think but it's worth playing on your PC.
Game Download It's freeware. And trust me, there are mostly retro Megaman/Rockman homebrew gaming in history which is why Megaman/Rockman 9 is being made into the console system. (Last edited by insectduel on 07-11-08 04:36 PM) |
