| OK, some news...
Suleman's ex-boyfriend hopes he's a father of the octuplets. His reasoning? They dated and he donated sperm to the same bank she uses. I don't know whether it's fame-seeking, or perhaps stepping up to responsibility, but whatever. Maybe he'll get a book deal out of it. "Eight is NOT Enough" This just in... Boyfriend is telling the media he donated sperm because he loved Nadya Suleman. Suleman is denying he's the father of any of her children, citing "a friend of mine" as the real donor. In a previous interview she didn't deny he was the father and called him a "amazing friend." Near the end of the article this ex of hers, says she told him she had ovarian cancer (possibly his reasoning for donating). A psychologist names off reasons why Suleman's behavior should be considered criminal. Several media outlets have checked out Suleman's $1.24 million home saying virtually the most child-UNsafe house possible. Another talks about the unsafeness of her marble fixtures and such. By the way, if you haven't read the description of this "mansion," it's supposedly only a 4-bedroom house. Lastly someone created editorial cartoon of her. I actually didn't laugh when I saw it. I felt like it. It captures her exact face, its expression, and this whole situation quite well. Maybe that's why I couldn't find it in me to laugh. I'll be honest. All kidding aside, anytime I see that face, she has this funny-looking expression. It's this mentally-challenged, deer-caught-in-headlight look. And underneath that she gives this wry smile from time to time that just says, "I'm well aware of what I'm doing, and you just keep buying papers and fanning my guh-lorious fire." And I really, and I mean really, want to let her have it. I want to punch the collagen right out of her lower lip. She disgusts me so. Anyway, you really can't just look away. I'm finding myself slightly amused. Up until last semester she went to the same school I do. And what's more she's been having her babies at the same hospital at which I used to work. I don't know her ob/gyn as he practices in Beverly Hills. Oddly enough, I occasionally walked by the new baby viewing window from time to time. It's a long shot that I saw any of the older kids, but now I can't help but wonder. Also she lives within a mile of my dad's brother and his family in Whittier. Small world, I guess. | So last report is she still hasn't accepted the offer from Angels in Waiting. If she does not there is a good chance that Child Services will take her kids away, as Gloria Allred (a lawyer working with the organization) has filed a complaint with the Department of Family and Children's Services.

The Kaiser Permanente hospital Suleman had the octuplets at is refusing to give her her babies until she can prove that she's in a situation where she can take care of her 14 children. Upset, she called "Dr. Phil" McGraw in hopes that he'd champion her situation and get the hospital to let her have her kids. McGraw was quoted by the L.A. Times as saying that even he didn't think she was in the right sort of home, financial, transportation, etc situation where she could take care of 14 kids. At the same time, Vivid Entertainment offered her $1 million to do go on contract with them to do porn. I'm amazed they were that concerned for her and the kids and it's quite smart to offer diapers so it will directly help her kids and people won't claim she's just doing it to get money. EDIT: I'm watching the episode of Dr. Phil now (I'm bored, was flipping through channels and it happened to be on). She says her student loans were going to help her provide for the babies and other 6 kids. She had a choice to either keep the embryos she had left frozen or have them destroyed, and she says "through rationalization" she had them implanted. Her mother argued with her that she could have donated the embryos for adoption and Nadya just stared at her perplexed. | I hope child services take the babies away. People want to make it seem complicated, but it's not: there is no way in hell she'd be able to take care of them all. It's stupid, really.
And why would anybody want her in porn? Not even that good looking. Besides that, she's had so many babies come out of her, I don't think any man would feel anything going IN her. |

| At the end of the Dr. Phil interview, he threw in bit at the end saying that he'd just received a call from Nadya. It was him relaying the news that Kaiser wouldn't let her take the babies until she can prove she's in the right sort of situation to take care of them and her children.
Anyway, Dr. Phil was saying that she apparently had an "awakening" saying that since the octuplets were in the hospital her current situation was "like a vacation" with how the nurses were taking care of her kids for her. Now she's suddenly hit with the reality of it. I honestly think that was an exaggeration on his part if she's turning down volunteer help. |

| Apparently Suleman turned down Gloria Allred's offer of free 24-hour baby service because it wasn't a reality show offer.
Despite her claims that she's not a celeb, that she doesn't want to be on TV, and so on, she and her family do exclusive on top of exclusive (the meaning of the word apparently disappeared), she calls up Dr. Phil to help her through shit she dropped on herself, and now Allred and company are saying that she told them that unless they put her and the kids on a reality show she won't accept their help (which Allred said ABSOLUTELY NOT to because the kids should not be exposed to that). |

| So slight update about this trainwreck: the second publicist she's hired quit this past week saying they were relying on him to take care of everything at all times. He's been quoted in several publications as saying she's "nuts" and "greedy."
I'm sure the fact that she was trying to sell the video of her giving birth to the octuplets played into it. She still doesn't have all 14 kids with her, as she's not in a better living environment for them. However, her father just put down a large deposit on a house for her in La Habra. It's not the million-dollar house, but it's one that was pretty much paid for with donations from the website she's got. Further updates from other news outlets have been that the other 6 children are not happy with the octuplets at all. Several people who've been to the house are reporting that the kids are much more withdrawn and are very sad. |

Suleman fired the free nurses from Angels in Waiting because one of them filed a complaint with protective services against her. In other news she still pronounces maturity as "matt-oo-ritty" and it still sounds strange. |
