| The army has became my home. Sad to say I have been away from my husband the majority of our marriage. So every time I come home it's for three days and that's it. Being in MD sucks if I can't be with my hubs. I feel a little hopeless.
On the brighter side. I'm closer to an old friend whom I haven't seen in a while. I'm going to see if I can invite her to Otakon so we can hang out for a bit. |

| You sound a lot like my friend Sarah. Her and her husband are in the Navy. She's been home for a month and a half due to the earthquake in Japan but her husband had to stay. As soon as she gets back to Atsugi, he sails for half a year. It's driving her up the wall, to say the very least. But yes, for the majority of her marriage too, she's been away from her husband as well.
I wouldn't be able to do it, myself. I definitely would have snapped. You girls are tough as nails!  |
