| They don't take another soldier's beliefs and lessons and crumple them up just to put in something less strict and easy going.
They don't let other soldiers get away with murder and then blame the wrong person for it. They don't award other soldiers for missed opportunities on chances they could get promoted and go to schools. They don't ostracize the outcast of the group. They try to integrate them together. Great NCOes don't do this shit. |

| MY NCO was cool. I wasn't working with MY NCO. My NCO is in Maryland right now and I had a clueless new rookie NCO who misunderstood and had no clue about running a team. She wouldn't even listen to me when it came to the fact that I had no fucking clue what was going on. | |||
