Oh, of course. I mean, I remember when I was in high school hearing about this one religious leader said AIDS was gods way of keeping gays from reproducing. Because, you know, homosexuals are just pumping out litters of gaybies like they were bunnies.

So this woman who was on SNL from '86 to '92 is voicing her support for Akin, saying that were she raped she would keep the baby because it would be a "blessing" and have its own unique DNA, "not the father's."

Mind you this woman is in her 50s. Makes me think of Patton Oswalt's joke about old people getting pregnant and having babies, "which I will now demonstrate by pushing this uncooked Cornish game hen through these gray drapes."

She then went on to say:
"How many times do people get pregnant from rape? It's point zero zero one percent. It's a joke. I read lots of articles. I know people, because I'm 53. I've know a lot of people, and I've actually never known anyone who got pregnant from being raped."



EDIT: I suddenly realized it's that same woman who goes to Tea Party rallies and sings "There's a Communist in the White House," which aside from being factually inaccurate is REAAAAALLY annoying the way she sings it, and it makes the news here every time she does it.
