So today was the first day of Spring... and we had snow flurries.

Granted, it warmed up a bit last week so all the snow has finally melted. But yeah... I need at least a week straight of 60+ weather before I will officially believe that winter is over.

It's been cold and rainy. I love it.

What I'm not digging are the days it's nice and misty, but then the clouds disappear and it's hot and humid as fuck.

It was nice this morning and it was beginning to warm up, then right after lunch, sudden freezing downpour.

Jebus, tell me about it. I've been driving through NorCal today. Went from sunny SoCal to doom and gloom. We were going through INTENSE rain and lightning storms every hour.

We were getting rock hard rain we worried was going to break the windshield of Brandon's mom's rented van. Lightning was striking shit blocks from the highway where we were and the road was pure white with 18-wheelers hydroplaning in and out of their lanes.

BUT if you just looked to the left, there was blue sky, pink clouds, and the sunset.

We're driving through Oregon today. Let's see if we continue the streak.

So, we got another ~15cm of snow yesterday, added to ~10cm from last Friday.

Man, do I miss the weather of the Pacific Northwest. It was hovering in the early 60s most of the time. Rained a bit, but I loved it all.

On heading back down, stopped in Sacramento and damn near melted my face off and it was just as bad getting back to L.A.

It was fairly mild this month, but it's been in the mid-90s this week. Bloody hell.

So winter finally ended like two weeks ago. Now we are in the chilly spring rain time with occasional bouts of awesome weather. We had our week of 60+, though now we are going 50s and 60s.

Still better than snow. So much better!

So, it was pretty hot and humid here yesterday, then today was nice and cool. Its supposed to hella rain this week apparently. Every day those bastards push back my much wanted thunder storm.

Humidity can kiss my lily white ass.

While temperatures in the 100+ range suck, I am still enjoying the weather out here for the less than 10% humidity. I think the high back home today was 76 with 69% humidity. Fuck that.

But... I am missing out on thunderstorms, and that makes me a bit sad.
