Staff here already know that I have a download limit for every months. Thing is, I don't pay for anything, so I can't complain. But that limit is 1GB per month, resetting on 17th of every months. Thing is, I've been 500mb for 6days (500mb every of those 6 days), now I'm at a point where I used twice what I'm normally using. For my internet, it costs around $30 (CND), plus $7.50 for every GB more. So it now costs twice the price. So any thoughts on how I'm supposed to explain my usage of internet? Keep in mind, I don't have any money,so I can't pay the overusage cost to compensate. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Seriously though, you should look into subscribing to a new service. I've never known anyone around here that has these kinds of problems. (All my friends have DSL and Cable also) Do you actually owe any money though? |

$25 isn't a whole lot of money. It's a good chunk, but maybe you could work it off over time or something so your parents, or whomever else won't be upset? But yeah, just seriously get that T1 connection as fast as you can. |

Like Xeo said, you can probably work off the $25 if your 'diplomatic skills' fail.
Deesse, that'd only work if they don't know a thing about computers - that is, they'll probably know that you don't need to download anything to visit a message board. But hey, if they really don't know much... |

well, first off... even with a DL limit, you should've DLed anime in RM format instead of the high quality AVIs... if you did DL RM format, still that works out to about 9-10 eps a day. should've just DLed what you can watch, and not all at once =/ like i've got 5 anime i'm still working on  and never the time to watch =/
second, you knew you had a limit -.-' so it's time to pay the piper, cause it's your own fault for not managing it well. thirdly, who in the right mind subscribes to an ISP that gives you a limit these days? =/ i feel sorry for you, but you seriously could've prevented everything. |

There isn't that much of a difference with AVI, anyway. (To me, RM would be like OGG, and AVI is like WAV). And if I Could've prevented something, I would.
