I can't believe no one started a Trigun thread. And yes, I checked.

I've only seen probably about 15 episodes, but I love them. They're so freaking funny. Who else loves Trigun?

I have a Kuroneko purse. Hehe.

I have the entire Trigun series around here somewhere, I don't know..

When I first watched it when I was about 15 I thought "This is the most amazing thing, EVAR." but a few years later? It's only "pretty good"..

Don't get me wrong, I love Wolfwood and Vash a ton.. but so much of it could've been better.

Yeah, not the best anime out there, but it's still one of my favorites.

I just wish Vash was a tad more serious in the series at time, but the comic relief is welcome.

It gets pretty intense and emotional towards the end. And I still need to read Trigun Maximum (the continueing manga).

Anyways, if you like this anime a lot Evo, I'd recommend you check out Gungrave also. Although not nearly as funny, it was created by the same creator, and my friends have told me it's even better.

The Anime was not as bad-ass as the manga.

It was a decent series, but not the best. I have the box set, and have seen all the episodes, naturally. Good dub, though.

Definitely. It's one of the very few animes I'd say I'd prefer the dub over the sub with.

@.@ ugh...ive seen enough of this in anime network....

Well, This anime isnt really "As bas as I make it seem". But its one of those classics our kids are probially going to end up saying. "You know, back in the day when my dad used to watch Trigun *Snicker*"...

"..."

Well...I somewhat like it, I own 3 T-Shirts, the DVD Box set (I havent opened yet due to me playing the new Samurai Legend: Musashi game)...aaaand...thats about it. So yeah, I kinda like it, but they need to stop playing it on the anime network...

Edit: Had to make spelling corrections

I never really saw a lot of episodes, but yeah I liked Trigun a lot. I really liked the dude with the cross gun(?). Also, Vash's arm being a gun was so cool. He was my inspiration for my BIO-arm. Which one day I will have.

I think I remember that purse!!! Was that the kitty cat one? It was soooo cute! I want one!

[/end the girlyness]

**cough** anywho...I've seen an episode here and there. Just never got around to seeing it really, but from what I've seen I really like it. I can see what Xeo means though, about Vash being serious once in a while, from the few episodes that I've seen. It's funny and everything, but he's like the main character...so yeah...

Yeah, it's the cute kitty purse.

I like how much of a chicken Vash is. It makes it seem imposible that he would be the most wanted man or whatever. funnyness.

Trigun is a really good anime... not the best... but a must see for any anime fan... it combines comedy with action and drama... not something a lot of anime's pull of smoothly... It was one of my first animes... and will always have a place in my heart... Vash is one of the baddest gunman in all of anime... Though I have receantly found a character that could probably combat him pretty easily... I'm kinda surprised noone made a thread for this either but it's alright... I don't think this anime will be forgoten by anyone anytime soon...

Trigun... I have heard so much about it and seen little parts of the show...
I have a few questions..
Does it have romance?
How many episodes is it?
And is the english dubbing good?

Here ya go

More than enough information on what you are looking for.

Earlier I mentioned in my....*whew* so long ago post that I had the box set, I still do, and yet, I only watched half of the series.

My friend wants me to do an AMV on it while using the song by Twiztid. So look forward to it this summer.

Oh, and if any of you know Ben Gibson, hes the guy....

*Shred DarkXeo needs to REALLY watch it.

No kidding, just have to find a fansub that did it. Or an IRC bot that carries the serie.

Same creators also made Gungrave, which I hear is extremely good also. My friend says he likes it more than both Bebop and Trigun, but then again Gungrave is far more serious than both. So yeah, I guess you shouldn't really compare them.

Either way, come on DarkSlaya, everyone has seen Trigun!
