Okay, I have three cats, two of them are okay, but my other one is really kickass, but she does some very odd yet interesting things. So, I was just wondering who else has pets here and would like to share some of the interesting stuff they do.

My cat's name is Tabby and thinks she's a dog/squirrel. For one thing, the damned cat makes these insane jumps and leaps all over the house and most of the time she puffs out her tail when she does it. She's about 3, but the size of maybe a 6 month old kitten and a light gray and white. So when she's jumping around like that, all you see is this flash of gray with a really puffy tail jumping around. Kinda like a squirrel.

She's also pretty well trained and she learned fast. She sits, rolls over, fetches, speaks(meows), lays down, and even attacks...all on my command.

I could go on and on about some of the crazy stuff she does. XD

Actually Katana, cat's are supposed to be large jumpers an climber.

What I've got is weirder. I have a cat...that's scared of heights. Anything above four feet she won't jump off of, and she just meows until she gets taken down. It's weird.

Other than that, all of my many animals act normal, except for a dog who is extremely jealous right now, as we got a new German Shepard.

Well I know that, silly. I was just pointing out how she just reminded me ofa squirrel because of how she looks while doing that stuff.

I had a cat that was afraid of heights once,I felt so bad for him. He'd just look at things and meow at them.

My parakeet Zach hates my younger sister. He acts good and quiet around me and everyone else and is nice and friendly doesnt bite hard, just little nibbles.

Zach chrips REAL loud when shes around him, and if she gets close he'll get pissed and attack the side of his cage trying to get out and attack her.

Zachs awesome .

When my dog Buddy was still alive he had the unique ability to peel lemons. We have a lemon tree in out backyard and it gives so many lemons, we don't have time to pick them all, so he would often get a hold of the one that fell, lay belly down and hold the lemon with his paws and start to bite the peel of.

When I first saw it, I thought he was just bitting the lmond, but after he was done playing with it, I looked at it and saw he only took the peel off. I just thought that was kinda cool.

I had a puppy named Angel that my father bought for me. When our eyes met though, she would wimper if she was away from me...she had to sleep with me, take a bath with me...everything. She would stay attached to me no matter where I would go.

Now I know that Dogs are good smellers but this story is crazy...

Normally I would drag my smelly socks around the floors of my house. I would make Angel smell the sock, hold her in my room, drag the sock and make a trail with its sent, then open the door but hide feet above the door. She would smell around EXACTLY the way I made the smell-trail untill she comes back to my room. She would stop, look up, then smile and wimper....adorable.

Then she got ran over by my aunt...to this day I toatally miss her, she was the only Dog I ever loved...and I cant stand Dogs...

I also used to have a pet love bird named Pikachu who would sleep upside down....she would hang from her feet...Hilarious...

Aww, cute puppy! Odd bird though.

Venomouslobster and I have a snake named Edmund that is kept at his house. A few weeks ago VL called me and told me that Edmund had managed to push open the top of his tank with his nose and get out. We now keep something heavy on the top to prevent another escape.

His dog Rose is another story... she likes to sniff kneecaps. When given a dog biscuit (if she doesn't drop in on the ground and look at you to give her real food with a dumb look in her eyes), she will take the treat and walk in a circle through the dining room, living room, kitchen again, dining room again, and then settle down in her bed in the living room to eat it. Other than that, she humps Cammy's head.

Cammy is VL's other dog, a old, blind, deaf, diabetic Pit Bull-Beagle-Basset Hound mix. When she smells cooked tomatoes she stalks you for food (he makes pasta a lot and will give her the leftovers, true Pavlovian conditioning). She does nothing when Rose assaults her, just looks up with a tired and confused expression... and she targets black clothes for beds even though she is blind (with white fur), and occationally heads right for his electronics and knocks the wires loose because she can. Oh, and she ate his script the other day... or at least chewed it up bad.

I think it's cute how you say, OUR snake, Elara.

I had a duck named feather and he used to follow my dog around, and they would cuddle together. o.O The vet said it was because the duck thought the dog was it's mother, but my dog was male.

Owning cats is truly an experience. One minute they're sleeping peacefully at the foot of your bed, then suddenly they're doing laps around the house like they've got a wild hair up their ass.

I have the kind of cats that get in trouble and look to you to get them out of it, but then take it out on you like you were the one who talked them into getting stuck in a cinderblock, going for a ride in the dryer, jumping head-first into a filled bathtub, or getting stuck on the roof after climbing up there all by themselves and then crying about it once they're up there.

Right now the two of them have a thing for sitting on books and papers you might be reading or writing on.

Interesting bunch.

When Camaro and Chevelle (Both kitties) were kittens, they would play tag IN the pool table... they would get into the pockets and chase each other around and stuff.... The other cat, Nova, is allergic to other cats, so when he sneezes we go "Hey, Nova, the cat that's allergic to himself..!" We also call him the queer kitty because he's the only cat of the three that LOVES getting groomed.

I have 4 animals.

Eddy is by far the most infernal animal ever spawned on this planet. He's just a little Jack Russel Terrier, and he growls and snarls like he's a fucking Grey Hound. I could punt him.

Sandy has the penchant for punching guys in the balls. She enjoys giving out her paw for a treat and often catches guys offguard with one swift blow.

Milo and Snowball, the two cats, are at war. Snowball is the troublemaker and Milo hates her guts. They wage battles all over the house.

On a side note, since we declawed Milo, he can box. Yes, he kicks the shit out of Eddy and Snowball. He is the master.

**giggles** I knew I'd get a kick outta this thread. I love animals and these stories are so cute/funny. :p

Well, as usual, it's my cat Tabby that I'm talking about. She's just really weird...But the other day, why she started doing this, I don't know, but I ha da song stuck in my head and was in the kitchen singing it while I did the dishes. Tabby walks in and every time I'd start singing, she attacked me. She never hurts me when I say she "attacks" me. She keeps her claws in and only bites over my jeans. Anyway, it was just odd cuz she never did that before. She used to jump in my lap and purr when I started singing, but this time...I was teasing her, I'd watch her walk out of the kitchen, through the dinning room and living room and would be about to go upstairs, I'd stay in the kitchen, start singing again, and she'd come running in and just kamikaze into my leg or something. Then she climbed up my jeans once, jumped up to my shoulder and thwaped me on the nose, then hopped down and walked outta the kitchen. O_o

My older cat, Batman, is pretty calm. But, he is like, 10 years old, so he's kind of out of that energetic time, and is now more laidback. Unfortunately, I haven't seen him for weeks. Miss that lug.

The other, smaller, more paranoid cat, Oreo, or "George" is rather...silly. He's really paranoid, and half the time comes in to eat, but bolts it right back out after a few bites because someone enters the room, or a loud noise goes on. (Like the Boogeycat is coming for him or something).

And he likes to pick on other cats. He's physically no match for most cats, but tries to 'play' with the others, often ending with him getting his ass kicked, or in a chase. A couple times I've left the house, and seen him bolt past. A moment later, a orange cat will be dashing after him. =/

The goof.

omg some of these animals are so awesome XD

well I once had a cat that was pretty big and beefy, he wasnt fat just very big.....well he was a male named lucky.

one day I was outside and a dog came up to lucky and he was groeling at him about to attack and I freaked out but then I stopped and I heard a yelp and when I I looked at the dog and lucky, lucky was jumping over the dog and got ontop of him clinging his nails into the dog he starts to attack the dog and the dog shakes lucky off and the dog yelps and limps away.

it was a pretty good size dog too, a pit bull and that cat just slowly walked towards with me with this bad ass attitude and all I could do was blink a couple times LOL I never seen a cat took a big dog on like that before it was so freaking awesome!

last year about 8 months ago there was a fair I went with an ex friend of mine, I won this little gold fish and I didnt want anyone to take my gold fish so I took my gold fish with me on rollar coasters and spinning rides and usually fish die when u shake them to much but my fish didnt die matter a fact when I took him into the car my friend turned her music up loud and he was right by the speaker.

later on that day I put him in a bowl and he starts acting a little weird and I figured thats how fair fish are. they always die soon anyway. well the next day he was perfectly fine and I got some fish food and I was shaking it, he started going into a circle and when I stopped he stopped when I shaked the fish food agian he swim in a circle and lift his head a little out of the water
I thought this fish was awesome so I had a friend of mine name him Bruno the gold fish.

anyway to make a long story short, bruno is this big ass coy fish now and everyone always asks me if he is even a gold fish. LOL I dont know how he got so freaking big but he did and I still have him till this day!
