Well i'm impressed visually. Some of their facial expressions were really cheesy. And how come that guy fights better without his glasses?

| Don't know, really. I know that clicking on the image takes you to the YouTube site, and that provides a little bit more information. My biggest issue was shadowing, lighting, and the fact that the lightsabers (which are still physically impossible) didn't burn or scorch the ground while they were rolling. Or heat up the air around it.
And, I really doubt that you could die from a puncture wound to the lung. Place it over the heart, maybe. But since it cauterizes as it cuts, you wouldn't really have any sort of blood loss. Sorry, I look into these things too much because I don't particularly like Star Wars. I just appreciate the effort and the visual effects. (Last edited by Zabuza on 04-15-06 06:09 AM) |

| Don't Jedi (and Sith) find their way using the Force anyway? Hence a cheesy loophole around usual obstacles for Lucas and Star Wars fan films.
For a fan film that wasn't bad, and like a good fan film it built into concepts and ideas Lucas never utilized (A Jedi and Sith fighting for a lightsaber using telekinesis among other things). When it comes to what you can die from, who's to say either of them died? | Seeing it for what it was, I thought it was fucking awesome. Much better than any homemade video I could do, that's for damn sure (Of course I don't have anything but a camcorder. XD)
The ending was great. A bit expected...but still great. |
