I'm pretty sure I've posted this guy before, although the last time his profile was incredibly small. I think I've added a bit of structure now, such as a small amount of background story and made him less random...

Name: Taylt Gauntern
Gender: Male
Age: 14
Appearance:
Personality: A not particularly bright boy, generally quite athletic and always likes to make friends.
History: Taylt's life has always been pretty normal, like going to school, meeting friends, you get the picture. His dad was a scientist, working for some top secret organisation that if Taylt told any of his friends about, he would be assassinated in his sleep, as would the unfortunate people he told.

Taylt was always very curious of the work his father did, and he constantly sneaked down into the basement of his house to a huge laboratory complex, having a sneak peak at some of his latest inventions.

There was one invention however that Taylt was always checking up on. They were called, according to the files, Virtual Reality Generation Gauntlets. They produce a small field around the wielder of the gauntlets. Inside of which anything can be done. Anything from creating weapons, giving themselves the ability to fly, super-human strength, anything.

One day he sneaked down to look at the gauntlets to see if there was any update on them, only to confront his dad face to face. He had quite an angry expression on his face.
“Since you like these gauntlets so much,” Taylt's dad said, waving them in his face, “You can be the test subject!”
Taylt knew he had finally been allowed to use them for the wrong reasons, but nevertheless he was completely overjoyed. He practised using them for over a year, learning new tricks such as being able to scan objects and creatures for things like weaknesses and strengths.

General Strengths & Weaknesses
+ Can eat anything sugary for an instant power boost, so long as the sugary substance wasn't created by him. (He usually carries a small sweet or chocolate bar for this purpose)
+ He can make many different weapons and attacks.
- Many of these attacks require post charges
- His lower intelligence means he does not know what he would need to block certain attacks.

Armour
All of Taylt's armour is what he generates for himself, and he has no specific clothing.

VR Generator Gauntlets
A device invented by Taylt's dad. They are specifically designed to fit all sizes of hand. The gauntlets give Taylt the ability to generate practically anything as if he were in a virtual world. Anything that is created in the field can have different properties to what it actually is, so he can make wood that is totally inflammable, without the need of spraying or covering it with inflammable materials.. They constantly produce an eight foot diameter spherical field around Taylt to prevent him creating massive objects, which take a lot of energy. As the gloves take energy directly from Taylt, this is necessary. This does mean that as long as Taylt is living the gauntlets constantly work. He is warned during a battle if his life signs begin to drop from lack of energy so he has to wait a post or two to recharge.
While activated, Taylt sees everything, his opponent, the terrain, any object, everything as a wireframe, like untextured 3D models on a computer. He still doesn't understand why exactly, except for the fact it is extremely useful if someone casts an attack that obliterates all light in the arena, because the wireframes still allow him to see perfectly. All the opponent can see of the wireframe is an extremely faint wireframe sphere surrounding Taylt. To get an idea of how faint this is, go onto Photoshop or something that lets you change the opacity of a picture, fill the screen with black and set the opacity to 2%. Of course, Taylt can make the sphere totally visible to his opponent at any time.
Even though the possibilities of these gauntlets seem limitless, they are unable to heal any wounds as it disrupts the body's natural regeneration of cells. This causes the body to stop naturally regenerating cells and to heal any further wounds would require the user to always use the gauntlets to heal. For some reason the gauntlets only cause this during unnatural healing of broken skin or bleeding wounds etc. He can however get rid of things such as poison or freeze statuses by using a post to get rid of it.

Gauntlet's HUD
Taylt constantly had a HUD in his eyes that shows the following information:

Spec - [---------------]
Spec2 - [-----]
Health - [100%]
Vital Signs - [100%]
Status - [Fine - Ready]

Spec: This is a special attack charge bar. This bar fills up whenever Taylt is attacked, whether he defends against it or not. The more it is filled up, the more powerful an attack he can readily release (Either a random creation or activating one of his basic attacks without a post charge). A full Spec bar allows Taylt to make his VR field four times larger for the rest of the battle. He can do this again if he gets a full Spec bar again.
Spec2: Taylt can use an opponent's energy attacks (Such as magic or lasers) to power up the Spec2 bar at the cost of reducing his health. The Spec2 bar is simply a store of energy which can be released back at the opponent, only with twice as much power.
Health: Simply shows the amount of health Taylt has remaining. This decreases whenever an attack successfully damages Taylt. When Taylt dies, the counter should go to 0%, but since if Taylt dies there would be no energy to power the gauntlets, the HUD can never show a health of 0%, unless a glitch or illusion is cast on the gauntlets/Taylt. Taylt does not know this however so it is a useful trick to scare him.
Vital Signs: Vital signs shows how much energy Taylt's body has to offer the VR Gauntlets to use. Whenever anything is created inside the gauntlet's VR range (A 8 foot sphere surrounding Taylt) the vital signs begin to drop. When they drop below 50%, Taylt's performance begins to suffer. Any lower than 10% and Taylt may suffer various effects, such as not reacting very quickly to things or feeling dizzy/tired. To revive this, Taylt has to merely not create anything for a turn, or delete something he previously created.
Status: The first part shows Taylt's physical and mental status, or if Taylt has been put to sleep or been poisoned, while the second part can vary depending on what has happened to Taylt. Possible words for the second part would be Warmed Up (After he has performed a couple of attacks to get himself ready for battle), Eager (Something has made him want to start a battle) or Happy/Sad (This would depend on what the first word says).

Abilities
To tone down the sheer randomness of Taylt's fighting style, I've created a list of basic attacks for him. It kinda helps give some form of structure to his character as well, rather than just make him seem like some totally random git.

Battle Modes – All battle modes activate in the following order and only when Taylt gets angry. These rarely activate in battles that Taylt has been specifically challenged in, but they can be quite frequent in open challenges.

Battle Mode Alpha (BMA) – Anything Taylt had previously produced in the battle is transferred into energy to activate BMA. A 10 inch blade dagger appears in each of Taylt's hands, each emitting a thick, green haze. To properly show he is in BMA, his eyes glow a deep blue colour. There is a small chance that if the opponent gets hit by the daggers that they will be poisoned.
Battle Mode Beta (BMB) – Taylt's daggers' blades grow to three and a half feet long and become two short katanas, if he still has them. If not, new ones are made at a cost of 5% of his vital signs. They emit a dark yellow haze and his eyes glow green. Whenever Taylt hits his opponent it causes slight electrical damage, unless the opponent has any strength against electrical attacks.
Battle Mode Gamma (BMG) – The katanas disappear (if they haven't already) and in replacement a nine foot long double ended pole arm appears (With a cost of 5% vital signs if he no longer had his katanas). While it is in his VR range, it is completely indestructible. His eyes glow a bright, light red. In addition to his weapon emitting a dark blue haze, whenever he moves it a blue streak is left in the air, acting as a weak shield that stays active for two posts, then fades away.
Battle Mode Delta (BMD) – If Taylt's opponent is still alive to piss Taylt off enough to go this far, congratulations. Anything Taylt previously created disappears to help add energy to this transformation. Now his entire body acts very similar to the weapon in BMG, but it emits a black haze and leaves black streaks instead, and the shield effect is much stronger. His own physical strength is raised much higher than anything on Earth, or anything off Earth for that matter. Any BMD only abilities are completely unknown, as Taylt has never been able to go this far, even during training. This Battle Mode causes Taylt to lose most control of what he does, and is extremely dangerous to Taylt, causing him to lost 5% vital signs and 3% health each turn. Once either one of those statistics gets dangerously low, Taylt returns to his normal state, although extremely worn out. If his opponent is still alive, he can almost expect death straight after.

Absorption Shields – The general idea of Taylt's absorption shields are very self explanatory, but they all have their own unique follow-up techniques utilising the energy the shield absorbed.

Absorption Shield Una (ASU) - This is Taylt's most basic of absorption shields that he can readily produce. It leaves a very translucent, red coloured wall in front of Taylt (Meaning he can still be attacked from behind) which whenever it is hit by an attack, it absorbs a small amount of the damage as energy (Different to the Spec bar) which helps charge other attacks. It may be the most basic shield, but it leads to many more offensive techniques than it's stronger cousins.
Absorption Shield Una Attacks
Relium Shield - This is an attack that Taylt can perform only from Absorption Shield Una. It charges for four posts, also utilising any energy the ASU absorbs. When released it stays in the field for five posts, constantly damaging anything that is being a threat to Taylt. Taylt can choose to re-charge the Relium Shield any time in the five posts it is in the field, causing it to stay active for three more posts for every one post it is charged. It is one of the few abilities that go outside of the VR Gauntlet's field.
Giu Rae Loa – This technique is simply an advance on Absorption Shield Una, but it can also be used with Absorption Shield Mixa too. The shield becomes completely transparent and stops providing any protection, but still takes some of any damage received. After three posts of storing the damage, the shield doubles it and fires it out at the opponent directly after they make a melee attack on or after the third post. If a melee attack isn't made the energy is stored until an attack is made, or until Taylt decides to use the energy in other ways.
Special Charge – Any damage that ASU absorbs becomes energy used to charge the Spec meter even further.
Battle Mode Upgrade – Once the ASU has absorbed the same amount of energy that would cause Taylt's Special Charge ability to fill the special bar, he is upgraded a battle mode. If he, by some extremely bad luck, is in BDU (And it is unlikely that Taylt would be using the ASU while in this battle mode), he returns to his original, non-battle mode state, but instead is revived with full vital signs and a full Spec and Spec2 bar. His status also returns to Fine – Ready.
Absorption Shield Mixa (ASM) – A slightly more powerful shield than ASU. It can absorb a lot more of the damage it receives and it provides much better protection against attacks, but it does require a one post charge and there are only two follow-up attacks.
Absorption Shield Mixa Attacks
Hot Ice Blast – If you have ever played Little Fighter 2 and played as Firzen you will have a good idea how this attack works. Simply, a big explosions occurs around Taylt and six 20 foot long ice spikes shoot from the ground, points aimed at the opponent.
Absorption Shield Trixa Activation – Taylt can use the energy gathered to automatically change ASM to AST.
Absorption Shield Trixa – Do not even try attacking when this shield is activated, unless the attack is absolutely, destructively and insanely powerful. It can absorb all the damage from next to all attacks, and use this for a single follow-up technique.
Black Hole – A miniature black hole appears in the centre of Taylt's chest. It has the pulling force of a normal black hole but it only takes in what Taylt wants, so usually the opponent. Once whatever Taylt wanted to be completely compacted down to an infinite stream of very thin spaghetti, the black hole closes and disappears, trapping everything in it. Taylt believes that this attack is readily available for him to use if he reaches BMD, but he can't be sure for certain. Black hole must be charged by at least 3 direct attacks from the opponent and a half full Spec bar.

Dream Projection – If Taylt is somehow put to sleep during the battle, the gauntlets tap into Taylt's subconscious, and also give Taylt some form of control over his subconscious thoughts (Basically allows Taylt to dream lucidly). Anything that Taylt dreams is automatically produced on the field, usually some form of creature or auto-firing weapon to defeat his enemy. The amount of Vital Signs that are required to perform these actions are also halved, as during sleep the body requires less energy.
