A) I agree with Vulkar.
B) So long as you state in the simbattle somewhere that it is agreed between two opponents that the rules are scrapped *shrugs*. I think that sounds fine.

I don't really know you, but I certainly wouldn't like to offend you right off the bat.
While watching simbattle is, indeed, fun and exciting, others may not care to read another's battle. Which is where description comes in. If someone can't describe their arsenal of weapons, then they shouldn't exist. At least provide in your character profile what weapons you have. Otherwise, you can conjure up anything at will (which sounds like cheating, to me).

For instance, my character, Phoenix, can summon his sword from Holy Fire. However, I have that weapon listed in my profile. I'm not just going to summon a Phoenix Super-Explosion Rocket Launcher from nowhere. I consider that unfair, and honestly, uncreative. Characters now-a-days are limited, as Vulkar said. There is absolutely no point in fighting someone that you can learn nothing from. If your characters do nothing but counter everything and summon whatever the hell they want whenever the hell they want to, nothing will be learnt by either writer.

As for the human bit, very true. But human or not, everything runs out of energy eventually. How fast a character is exhaust depends on how much magic they use and how strong it is. If no one ever got exhausted, a fight would literally go on forever.

This is just my opinion on things. I like the way simbattling is. If someone wants to fight without the rules, I would love to. Otherwise, I see no point in arguing them.

Meh. it really depends on how you use it, in my opinion. Gravity can easily be a GM, and I'd say that it is rather hard not to do so.

Good luck stopping a projectile of pure light, though xD

I'm itching to open it up and plunge into the world. I haven't read a *new* good book in a long time
Plus, I loved the Percy Jackson series, so this is awesome.

The problem being, Vulkar, that Mike won't listen (not you, City). Mike is a complete ass. I honestly had no problem with him for a while, but once I hung out with him outside of school, I got very tired very quickly. Especially with a few things he said to my girlfriend.

He seems bipolar, except he's actually just an asshole.

As for advice, City, Vulkar's is probably best. Keep your *annoying habits* (jay kay!) to a minimum, and just wait for Mike to dive off the deep end. You look like a good guy, and he's the Joker. Except an asshole. And--actually, I'll keep it to a minimum.

Seriously, though. Good luck, City.

So, I mentioned MySpace on here the other day, and I completely forgot that I still have one!! Unfortunately, I lack embarrassing pictures, but why not share everything anyway?! Chronologically works best, I suppose



I was a freshman!

Okay...so this one is a little embarrassing. Once upon a time, my hair hung past my shoulders. I'd say halfway to the nipple. Vince can clarify. It was bad. And by bad, I mean ugly.




XOMG! Hair cut!

So this is me after a day at Warped Tour. For some reason, I dressed up like a gangster. However, I could definitely rock those Kanye West glasses. Bad ass. I miss those things




After the hair cut, and I'm guessing some time after Warped Tour, I took family pictures at a local park!




This is that exact same day. But oh boy, did I hate those braces. I think I still love this picture, though. I was about....16?




I was such the *typical* rebel. Cool, right? After I decided to grow my hair back out, but only a little longer.

BJ felt the Cha Cha Slide being torn apart as a great power rose up from around him; something that had not stirred for ages was awakening. The young adult clenched his teeth as the ancient magic coursed through his body, muscles twitching and bones vibrating.

Those BJ had used against OB were now apposing him; mocking him. They danced a circle around him, and the entire world seemed to spin with them.

Dances such as these were thought to be just a myth by BJ, but he was horribly wrong. In mere seconds, his life could be ended.

But BJ had a dance of his own, old and powerful.

Using the already falling people to his advantage, BJ grabbed a woman from the circle and began to sing in a loud voice, power emanating from within and driving out OB's wicked music.

"London Bridge is falling down, falling down, falling down! London Bridge is falling down, my Fair Lady!"

Clasping her hands, BJ brought down his arms in a powerful heave, a shock wave bursting forth and driving away the attack of those freshly fallen, threatening to throw them and OB several yards back.
