| As the robot lifted his hand, Adom was expecting its next move.
Acting quickly, he muttered beneath his breath, grabbing the boomerang-like instrument from his waist. A golden hieroglyph burned above Adom's head and slowly faded. Otherwise, there seemed to be no changes. As the bullets began firing from the hand of the robot, it seemed as though all hope was lost for Adom. But something odd happened. As the bullets came within three meters of Adom, part of a blue dome lit up, apparently surrounding the fighter in a protective barrier. Instead of repelling the bullets, the barrier turned them into a fine sand that blew around Adom harmlessly. Bullets, it appeared, were not going to work. |

Until an arch of lightning sprang from the golden tip of the staff as Adom jumped over the robot, landing softly on his feet. The boy seemed unharmed by the fiery assault, but Alec would have little time to think of that. Giant metal cans and lightning don't mix well. |

Phoenix withdrew his right hand from his pocket, holding a golden pocket watch. He examined its face as the rocks hurtled towards him, and then clicked it shut once more and returned it to safety. "I suppose I can hold it for the time being. But let us make this speedy, shall we?" While speaking, Phoenix unsheathed a sword seemingly out of nowhere in a dazzling flash. He leapt over the boulders easily and continued the movement after he landed, running towards his apparent foe at a slow speed before jabbing with the golden blade. "We seem to have not traded pleasantries, I'm afraid. My name is Phoenix." |

| With the seasons changing and the holidays coming up, most people are filled with an array of emotions. I am, as well, but I am unmotivated. Which, my friends, is where you come in.
This type of thread has been tried by Cairoi and Xeios alike, but neither has had a bustling amount amount of activity, not of their fault, of course. I want to try to keep this a common thread, but for this, I need your help. Not only my only my own skills, but your imaginations, can be sharpened. Some people have ideas that they cannot express, or simply wish to see another's point of view. So, give me a few ideas you have, be it characters, plots, even just an item, and i will try to base a short story or something possibly larger off of it. No idea is too small, or incomplete. The only thing I ask is that this not be held as a joke for you to throw around ideas for comedic purposes. If it is a comedy, fine. Otherwise, let's try to be serious. Remember, this is for me as much as it is for you. So, without further hesitation, let the submissions commence  |

This thread, however, was directed more towards writing. I cannot draw for the life of me. If you wish, I can try it out and see how I do...but you're almost better off without any pictures at all. xD Also, I realized this thread might seem a bit too personal. I would like to make an amendment, and have this an an advice thread, as well. If anyone needs any help with a story, I would be more than happy to help out  |

| This game has been bought by yours truly yesterday. Vince and I had some fun going through firefight and messing around in Slayer before we started story, on easy mode for the first go. I wish there was a bit more story, but I can't say that I don't love the game. Because I do.
