| My uncle Neil
He was an actor long ago, still fancies himself one now (he's in his late 60s). Kleptomaniac for the vast majority of his life, though to my knowledge he's never been caught, except when he stole from my aunt. He goes from okay to asshole in .5 seconds and has a house that is SO messy that he has to clear a path just to get anywhere in the house. Best thing is that he is technologically inept to the point of hilarity... he called the San Francisco Fire Department to his house to change a lightbulb in the fridge because when he touched it it emmited sparks (the bulb was shattered). They unplugged the fridge to cut the power to the socket and then changed the bulb. Oh, and as you can infer from that story, he lives in San Francisco... and is the biggest homophobe in the family. Oh... and his way of taking pictures is the raise the camera and click, no aiming, just point and shoot... results in very odd, very crappy pictures. And, keeping with the season: A few years ago he was down here for Thanksgiving. He sent an email to Whoopi Goldberg inviting her and her daughter to dinner without telling my mom. She didn't come of course, but still... he sends random emails to Whoopi Goldberg and other stars!! |

| Oh yeah, I forgot about that.
... and the calling... oh gods! I swear he has sensors in our house to know when we are eating dinner. Everyday, without fail, Neil will call during that time (in addition to the 5+ other times that day). He won't let you switch to the other line when the call waiting beeps in, if you do he hangs up. If you disagree with him he bitches at you and hangs up... he's just... odd. |

| It wasn't so bad at my brother's house. I hijacked my nephews PS2 for awhile and was playing the Sims game, then I played pool with him and then my niece... I handed her ass to her, it was like I was channeling a pro player suddenly.
Eris loves me. 
I just wish my boyfriend could have been there, it would have been very entertaining to say the least... but he was with his family. I was invited to join them, but mom wouldn't let me get out of family time. Oh well, maybe next year. |

... *huggles* I know that it is hard, and that it is frustrating. But that is no reason to say that you are going to kill yourself. You're just stressed out because of all of this, because of that you are not eating right (which we have discussed before) and that is why you are having dizzy spells. You need to talk to Ryan, tell him that he needs to help you with this. If you try hard enough you two can make it. You love your baby, I know you do... and I know that when you calm down from this panic attack thing that fueled this post that you will most likely feel horrible for half of what you have said here. Thanks guys, it's been an interesting birthday to say the least... seeing as I spent most of it with the worst hangover of my life... Jagermeister is evil. But it was a really good birthday overall, thanks in part to my wonderful boyfriend who spoils me (and will hopefully be able to get on the board tonight to post here), as well as my kick-ass friends. Thanks to all of you that have sent me wishes or called me, or who know me in real life and where there for my midnight trip to the bar (Pockets this means you). Oh, and for those that don't know: V8 juice and lime are good for a sour stomach after getting plastered. |

So it's Christmas/Yule/Hanukah/Kwanza/whatever season again and the malls are packed with people fighting over "sale items" and fretting over if they have enough money to get something for everyone and all that... my mom is complaining about the whole holiday season because of money.
