| I'm bumping this to make a sad announcement. My cat, Fappy/Tuxedo (he had two names), died today.
We don't know what of, we simply found him sprawled out on my porch. I'm just glad he had made it home and didn't just disappear like my other cat, Harrison, did. Despite it being against the law to bury your pets, Zoso and I dug a hole for him under the tree he loved to take naps under all the time and lovingly placed him in the ground. No way in Hell I was going to turn him over to the authorities who would just incinerate him or shred him up for fertilizer. Zabuza made this video quite some time ago of my two cats and one of Zoso's. Ironically, both Fappy and Willie are no longer with us, and the song paired with the shots of Fappy made me break down a little: |

| Because I'm bored. Decided to re-fill out a past one since most of the questions are of the ever-changing sort.
1. Where were you 1 hour ago? - I was in my room and I'm still here. Except an hour ago I was frantically burning data CDs for people. 2. Who will be your next kiss? - Zoso. Oh, bet on it. 3. Is there anything pink within 10 feet of you? - Zoso's bottle of strawberry kiwi-flavored Snapple and a candle I bought off a witch. 4. When is the last time you went to the mall? - With Zoso. Bra shopping. 5. Are you wearing socks right now? - Uh-uh. 6. When was the last time you went out of the state? - Last June. Went to Mexico with Zoso. 7. Have you been to the movies in the last 5 days? - Saw Borat at the cheap theater last week. 8. What was the last thing you had to drink? - Mountain Dew that's long gone flat. 9. What are you wearing right now? - Was wearing my black AX shirt and pajama pants, but changed into my black faire chemise because it was more comfortable. 10. Have you been in a car wash? - Not recently. 11. Last food you ate? - Left over fried shrimp and scallops. 12. Who was the last person you talked to on the phone? - Pat (Junkie). 13. Have you bought any clothing items in the last week? - Bought a couple pairs of pants. 14. Do you have a pet? - Yes, a cat and a bird. One of my cats died yesterday. 15. What's the last sporting event you watched? - Competitive hamburger gorging. Seriously. 17. If you could be anywhere right now, where would you be? - That's actually tough to answer right now. I usually say Comic-Con, and while it is true, I would like to be anywhere but where I am right now. 18. What is the last thing you purchased online? - Tickets to the St. Patrick's Day Poxy Boggards and Merry Wives concert. 19. Last time you cried? - Yesterday, while burying my cat. 21. Are you a girl/boy? - Very much female. 22. Last play you saw? - *Flips through her calendar* The last stage performance I saw was Phil's "Fill the Void" show. But actual play: "Flying Spaghetti Monster Holiday Pageant" 23. What are your plans for tomorrow? - Go to class. See the tour singer for Alice in Chains perform with his band at a local bar. 24. Who is the last person you commented to on Myspace? - Still don't have a MyMemeSpamWhoreSpace. 25. Ever go to camp? - When I was a kid. And my parents didn't want to leave me at home while they worked. 26. Were you on the Honor Roll in school? - Yes, up until my senior year in high school. Was for a time in college, but became much more apathetic and if I'm on it, hey whatever. 27. What do you KNOW about the future? - That it's always uncertain. 28. Are you wearing perfume or cologne? - Not right now, no. 29. What time is it now? - 9:28 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. 30. Where is your best friend located? - I don't have best friends, just people who are in on an inside joke that only makes sense to us. But to answer the question for some of those people, Zoso is at band practice, kittybob is getting ready to close up Pizza Hut, Zabuza is somewhere near San Jose (not sure what he's doing right now). Junkie is at his house playing WoW and probably has his hand in his pants. I don't know where any of the others are. 31. Do you have a tan? - No more than usual. 32. How old do you want to be when you have kids? - I'm not of the mind to have children. 33. Do you collect anything? - Comics, graphic novels, convention badges, foreign and cult films, Indonesian and African masks, photos with celebrities, and I used to collect swords. I have all sorts of strange things in my random collections of different postcards, old programs for shows, ticket stubs, con badges, various things signed by celebs and such. 34. Last time you got stopped by a cop or pulled over? - I don't drive, but the last time a cop ever crossed me to tell me to stop doing something I was taking pictures of a suspect's car that was involved in a high speed chase and he wanted me to delete the pictures. 36. How do you like your drinks? - Caffeinated. 37. Do You Like Hot Sauce? - Not particularly. 38. Last time you took a shower? - Two days ago. I'm going to take one in a few minutes 39. Do you like someone? - Sure, but more love him really.
40. What is your mood? - Bored. 41. Are you someone's best friend? - I know I'm Zoso's, but I think kittybob and I are also considered best friends. 42. What's the last TV show you watched? The TV's on PBS right now. Something about WWII. The last thing I watched intently, though, was Heroes a couple nights ago. 43. What was the last vacation you took? - Was in northern California with Zabuza for a few days in December. 44. What was the last concert you went to? - *Looks through calendar again.* I've been to 8 Voidcrush shows and coutless other bar/club shows since the beginning of the year, but when it comes to actual concerts with big name people was Gwar last November. 45. What were you doing on this day 6 months ago? - *Looks through calendar again.* August 28. I was eating Greek food with Zoso. Our waiter was one of those ridiculously charming Mediterranean types who flirted with everyone. 46. What were you doing on this day 1 year ago? - Argh.. OK, screw RPing going through the calendar. You know I'm doing it and that's all. Eating free pancakes at IHOP. Don't know what else. Getting ready for Lebowski Fest too, I'm guessing. 47. What's the last cool thing you did? - Went to the Lunar New Year parade and festival in L.A.'s Chinatown, then went to the L.A. art museum, and then saw Phil's stand-up show. It was a very busy and exhausting day. |

| So my college sponsored a Black History Month event hosted by the House of Blues--a blues band playing negro spirituals and popular blues/jazz favorites--that went on today in the student union.
I just got back from it. The whole band was white and they were over-pepped exaggerated-Disney cast-like people ala Getting Gay With Kids. They were up there ranting about the struggles of the black man and slavery and such. While it's cool that someone of a race that isn't black is standing up there giving a talk between songs on such things, it was so ridiculous, my friend and I were having trouble walking out of there without laughing our asses off. Incidentally that friend is black.

I live in Southern California (Cerritos/Long Beach, to be specific). The furthest I've been: North: Canada West: All of the Hawaiian Islands South: Technically Hawaii is more south, but for directly south I've been to the middle of Baja California (Mexico). East: England, France, been to the Belgian border. I might be going to either China or somewhere in Europe this summer, but I'm not sure. |
