I think she was quite sexier in The Scorpian King ... more erotic.
*Xeogred rubs hand ... ouch. |

Yeah trust me, I'm not making that up, someone showed me that on CNN.com once.
As my friend has once said, the world can be controlled by one thing: Fear. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 02:59 PM) |

Right now I'm playing the NES Ghouls and Goblins game, forgot I had this many roms.
But yeah, this game is not easy. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 03:02 PM) |

I seriously wish they would have put LttP on that disc though, even though I own two copies of it for my SNES, and the GBA version, it would have been nice. 2. Sad, but probably true. Isn't each of the Super Mario Bros. / World ports to the GBA one game? Jeeze. |

Well I've been downloading a lot of games today, and I remember playing these games for the Genesis a long time ago.
Well ... what do I have to say now? Holy crap, there's no way on earth the creators of these games were NOT stoned in some way when they made these two. Seriously, in the second one you're an alien rapper (rap), and you have to throw presents at kids to make them go away, then you can go up to this one guy and "Jam" with a few beats for ... Funk Points? I'm completely lost, but it's fun. |

Well I own both, and personally I've always favored Perfect Dark over the original Goldeneye. Most of my friends do too, but there's some out there that just like being Bond over Joana Dark.
Perfect Dark was just more my style, futuristic, dark and eerie, etc. And I think it had a lot cooler weapons, like the Slayer rocket launcher, the laptop gun, which gave new meaning to strategy in multiplayer. Last I remember, I had well over like ... 200 hours of gametime for multiplayer, yeah me and my friends were obsessed. I was also able to beat PD on Perfect, which in Goldeneye, I could never beat 00 Agent. The Duel level was always fun, nothing better than getting a headshot on Trent. PD > The Eye. One of my favorite defenses in multiplayer was this: - Find a corner / niche hiding place. - Set proximity mines around it. - Place a laptop gun above you. - Pull out your Slayer, and take people down. While you're sitting there comfortably, chasing people with rockets, if they try to go for you ... hopefully the mines and the laptop gun will stop them. Just hope nobody you're up agains't is good with a grenade launcher or anything. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 04:28 PM) |

(Yeah, sorry for going crazy in this forum )
Well, somehow I was browsing around my favorite rom site, and Thunder Force for the Genesis somehow caught my eye. (Left to right sidescrolling space shooter) It sounded familar, so I download II, III, and IV. Wow, I'm totally amazed. The music is incredible, if not the best I've ever heard from the Genesis (it's rock basically, awesome videogame rock that is). I can't get II to work, but III is amazingly hard ... I've already gotten a handful of game overs. IV seems really good, it's a little different than III because you can scroll up and down a bit, instead of the screen being locked on one place the whole time. Honestly these games make Super R-Type look horrible. Here's a screenshot from IV. I need to check out the Gradius games though, I've only played the GBA one and I didn't like it too much. Well there you have it, instead of making a topic about Thunder Force, which I think is amazing and a any old school gamer should defininently check out, I made one about all sidescrollers. PS: If anyone wants to check these games out, and can't find them, PM me, I have a rom site that'll last you for ... well, maybe ever, and it's totally hentai / pron free. (Or you could ... view the source of the picture, hint hint ) Also for the record I use Gens+, it's good. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 05:03 PM) |

Honestly, I don't know what to say either ... have you downloaded the latest WMP? (It's either 9 or 10)
If not, defininently do that. Or, I'd recommend you get WinAmp or something else. I don't know, there's a lot of other media players you can use, but personally I've always liked WinAmp. |

It's something I plan on bringing back, trust me.
... Just don't know when. But yeah, I just need to figure out what's wrong with it (I do have it, just haven't really put it up on users profiles because it doesn't work correctly) |

Well just to be nice, I'll allow 500 posts for a Custom Title for awhile now, still.
I wasn't going to allow that for this long, but since this all happened, I don't mind. Still, that doesn't go to say "don't" go for 1,000 posts. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 04:39 PM) |

I don't care if I'm 17 years old, I like them lunchables!!!
And only the original kind, the crackers, meat, and cheese. Mmmm mmmm good. The capri sun's aren't too bad, other than only lastting for about 5 seconds. They totally need to make adult versions of these, with crackers big enough to be a sandwich ... that would rock. So yeah, any lunchables fans? (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 04:56 PM) |

Recently my friend and I were argueing over what was better, the Dragon, or the SuperDragon.
With common sense, I'd say the SuperDragon is much better, but you have to admit ... throwing the Dragon and waiting for someone to pick it up thinking it's a gun or ammo ... then "Boom", that's pretty funny. I seriously spent so much time on this game. Beat all the difficulties, went through it again on co-op with the computer, everything. Ah, good times. I'd say this game is still probably the best Multiplayer Console FPS, with Halo coming after it. (Don't want to be a fanboy, but I love Halo, but if I had to choose one I'd easily pick PD) Did anyone here beat all 30 Challengs "without" cheating? I sure as heck did. |

Originally posted by Xeoland's God Ah, the great old One Hit Kill games, those were awesome in both PD and Goldeneye. Honestly, they don't work out too well in other games. My friends and I tried to manipulate the settings and make kind of a mock "One Hit Kill" gametype for Halo 2, and it didn't work out too well. Yeah, my friends dad bought me Perfect Dark, brand new, for $70 out of nowhere. He's a huge gamer, and in the past he's given me games like Blaster Master and junk, knowing I'm a gamer too, so I guess he just thought it would be nice? HoboConductor: You seem a little dangerous in this game. :p |

Yeah, but I'd say ... well for me and now at least, Perfect Dark and Goldeneye are a little hard to go back to.
Adjusting to the graphical style of that time, and the good old crazy N64 controller, it takes some time. But meh, not that long I guess. ... Never played Perfect Dark? *Xeogred busts out the Slayer (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 05:11 PM) |

Hmm, I guess that wouldn't be so bad.
I really hate their pizza things though, and the other things like that. They even say on the box "Good even cold!" Yeah right ... maybe it's just me though. |

Can't say I've heard of that one, but by the description of level 5 (made me laugh ) sounds interesting.
And maybe I'm way behind schedule ... but was the original Battletoads always for the Genesis also? I just got done playing it, and it's the same freaking hard game, just with updated graphics. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 05:24 PM) |

Well I remember seeing the game recently for sale for $7 at Gamestop, someone would have to be stupid NOT to pick that up.
So yeah, if you're lucky enough to see it for a price like that, don't let it slip. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-14-05 05:25 PM) |

Yeah trust me, it's Nintendo ... they won't let TOO much info out and let your hopes down.(cough Bungie ...)
But yeah, I remember a long time ago you were going to sell your Cube I think? Guess not? That's good I'd say, this game is completely worth it for the system. (Will be, I'm sure) The trailer doesn't show a whole lot, just Link riding on Epona shooting things in a few things, possible dungeons, and incredible graphics. But even so ... I think it's awesome, then again I'm a huge Zelda fanboy. :p |
