I know it seems harsh for it to be a felony, but do you honestly think that the big corporations are going to give a rats ass about a misdemenor charge? They could get the felony busted down to a misdemenor easy, if it starts out that way then they can probably have their lawyers make them able to just pay a $50 fine and go home.

And actually, the bans on immigration that I was talking about with the Chinese and Japanese took place before World War I even happened. It was for many of the same reasons that we have problems with hispanics now: jobs. Sure, they came over legally, but racist America didn't care. After Pearl Harbor was when what you're talking about happened.

Name: Ravenna Odinse

Age: 24 Hair: Blonde Eyes: Green Height: 5’9” Ravenna is a mixture of Scottish and Norse ancestry, with strong pride in her Celtic and Viking blood. She grew her hair long and keeps it in a tight braid that runs down to the small of her back and wears light leather and mithril armor with knotwork imprinted on it. She is very serious, though makes the occasional wisecrack remark. Her weapons were gifts from her mother and her style influenced by the legend of the Valkyries, of which it is said she is descended from. Her elemental power began developing in her early teens when she became involved in a series of fights which resulted in her opponents being hospitalized after Ravenna would suddenly attack with the skill of a kung fu master, or pick of a staff or rope and wield it like a master would. When she was 19 she was the victim of an attempted robbery at a grocery store, she killed the robber with a metal pole used to hold up signs outside in the ground that she used as a spear. It was ruled self defense as he had been pointing a gun at her and she was set free. She has trained in fighting since the age of 15 and travels around looking for new challenges and seeking to understand the souls that she carries inside her. Weapons: Spear of the Wolf- A spear made of Birchwood wrapped around granite, blessed with Druidic magic to make it as light as a simple flimsy spear, though it is as hard as mithril. The tip has been known to summon the wrath of the spirits when it is dug into the earth and when it has the master's blessing. The true power of the weapon is unknown. Jewel of the Sky-soarer- This jewel gives the user the ability to fly (it resembles flying with wings but no wings are present), incredible sight, and the ability to harness the Essence of Falcon. (energy talons, power of tempest winds). It is a choker of silver metal with a sky blue gem set into it and can only be removed by the wearer once put on. Element: Past Lives- Deep within Ravenna’s soul lives untold lives of important warriors in the past. With focus, she can unlock memories of the souls and unleash their power onto her enemy. She is granted with warriors of all times and nationalities, so her knowledge extends that of thousands of years. This gives her the ability to subconsciously recognize something and know its power. Techniques: Valkyrie Combat: Ravenna uses the Jewel to allow herself to fly. Aerial combat technique. Willow Stance: Light on feet, almost as a dance, calling on techniques of the Far East. Wolf Slash: Ravenna’s move that slashes the ground around her in a circle, summoning the wrath of the spirits. These spirits attack the enemy in the form of bolts of glowing green energy. Essence of the Falcon: Ravenna’s hands turn into glowing talons of pure energy, bypassing armor completely. At command, a violent windstorm erupts around her like a cyclone, a true tempest with rain and lightning that lash at her opponent. The Tempest Wind attack is very draining though, and used sparingly. Horn of Valhalla - An extremely draining attack that summons the some of the greatest warriors of legend from the land of the dead. These ghostly warriors attack Ravenna's enemies in force for the one round that they are allowed to exist in this world. Their attacks ignore all armor due to their ethreal nature. Note that spirit tendrils are still active and attacking during this time. Magick: Thor’s Anger – Lightning strikes from above for 2 turns accompanied by deafening thunderclaps. Odin’s Might – Ravenna’s physical abilities double for 10 turns. Dana’s Shield – An aura of blue energy surrounds Ravenna, absorbing ranged attacks and elemental energy and then shattering. Soul Focus – Ravenna calls on a particular soul to aid her. This spell takes 1 turn to fully cast as she searches for the particular soul. ((Thanks go to Cairoi for providing the skeleton character. Wow, I am going to be busy in this forum again soon, lol. Um, even if we haven't lost yet it's okay if we use the character in other fights I hope? I really like mine and have been issued a challenge to fight her already. |

Well, usually I am in my room on my laptop... sometimes it's at school in various places. If I'm on venomouslobster's computer it's in his room (usually... it moves sometimes), or if at my friend's house in his room. Rarely I'm on the home computer which is in a detached room out back... though I hate that damn thing so I use it only if I must. |

There is always Sunmilk ( I think that is what it is called)... I believe it's 1% milk that has sunflower oil added into it that is healthy yet recreates the creamy taste of whole milk. I saw it advertised on TV awhile back.

Ah, the website. Now if you could explain how organic milk tastes in comparison to "regular" milk that would be groovy since I've never tried organic. I get the idea behind the tomato comparison, since that is easier to understand... and in some degree explains the price hike as well since they are compensating for lost crops.

*Jade reeled for a moment from the mind blast, but shook it off and searched the area with her eyes*

"Good opening move... forgive my rudness in ordering you out here, however it is customary that the opponent reveal himself so that we start with equal footing... though that seems to not be the case this time around...." *she spotted a figure in the shadows where the blast had come from, raised her hand casually to tuck a strand of hair behind her pointed ear... throwing it out towards the figure suddenly and loosing a ball of crackling black lightning like the kind that heralded her arrival* Black Lightning- Summons a ball of black lighting to appear and explode upon impact with opponent in a 30 ft radius, dealing powerful electric damage that can possibly stun them. She can summon more than one, but it drains more energy from her to do this. They are fast and hard to dodge, and it is nearly impossible to dodge the blast from impact.
