"As a prisoner, I have limited security. However, I still have the right to refused visitors without a government sanctioned reason of being here. So, if you do not leave immediately, or you do not show written documentation of your right to be here, I will be forced to call on the security this prison has to offer."

The gears were already spinning in Jack's head. If Alden didn't have government sanctioned proof, they could use his actions here as an act of intimidation and bias, and hopefully damage his testimony when the time comes.

ooc: So, seeing as how FX isn't really posting, can one of us just take control of Alden?

So the ironic thing about this is that when FF3 was first released, you all praised it for how much faster it was...

Has it suddenly dropped down in quality?

Oh, and on a side note, if anyone wants, I can tell them how to make it a TON faster (tripling its speed, possibly) without any third party modifications.

He ran away from the law. It doesn't matter what the girl thinks in this situation, if he ran away instead of taking responsibility, he did something wrong.

That said though, I believe that jail is more about rehabilitation than punishment, and given how old he is now, I don't think he's going to go causing any more problems. If he's jailed, it'll be to make an example of him.

They're giving an award because of his pledges?

Horrible, in my opnion. If Obama had actually done anything yet, he could very well deserve it. If they handed out Nobel Peace Prizes to everyone who intended to make the world a better place, we'd all have one.

It just ruins the Nobel Peace Prize, I think, and not just because I'm not a fan of Obama, but because there were actually good contenders who HAD done something already.

Seriously, he's still going on his star power. He hasn't even successfully started walks with the Middle East yet, as reported by that article.

Maybe he might deserve it later, maybe he'll deserve it when he's done. Until then, he doesn't deserve a thing.

Well, here's the real problem, He hasn't yet solved any "problems" that Bush "caused (I was proBush, but that's another story,) gas prices now are higher than they were at th end of Bush's reign, we're still in Iraq, and unemployment is still a pretty substantial problem.

Once those are done, I might say he deserves it, even though I say we should still be in Iraq, but until then, he's not being rewarded for anything more than intentions, intentions which, by the way, every single other president in the world has had.

They're only getting half a season? I knew they were shortening it, but I thought it was only by a few episodes... at least it was that way back in March.

Anyway though, this new season is awesome. The new villain is awesome, the acting is MUCH improved, and I wasn't nearly as irritated by the Claire/Gretchen thing as I thought I'd be.

I'm pretty much really liking this new season, if it keeps up, Heroes might still have a future.

I preordered it, and have already gotten about seven hours into it.

A great game, with so far a very good story, and I love how much of an impact your actions can have. I almost accidentally let a town get destroyed by zombies, which would have robbed my of a ton of quests, xD.

My only gribes are with the graphics, which seem a little bit blurry to me. That could just be my tiny dorm room TV, though. I'll need to paly it in HD before I criticize that at all.

Oh yeah, and this game is far too easy on the easy setting, while I was on that, I never even came close to dying.

So I played it on a better TV today, and am glad to say that yes, the graphics are pretty good. Far from the level of Mass Effect, but still pretty good.

Yeah, the console version sort of is like KOTOR, only with more control over character movement and it's a little bit less obviously turn based.

Personally then I think that if you can get it on PC, do it, if only for the toolset/mods/downloads. If not, and you're like me, go with a console version.

Oh yeah, and about that, the Xbox has a smoother framerate, but the PS3 looks better. Choose between them.
