| I say record them in the act and then report it to authorities. If you can get the building manager to be the one to call it in they might work a bit faster on it, and there is no way that the pet owners can deny it since it's on camera.
If it was not an apartment building I would say have a sprinkler system and turn it on as soon as they stop foot on the property. Perhaps speak to the manager of the building they live in? |

That is the Queen Mary in the foreground (home of Shipwreck), with downtown Long Beach in the background. The big white thing is the Spruce Goose Dome, now owned by Carnival Cruise Lines. I've been reading steadily through the Wheel of Time series as of late, currently I am reading book seven, A Crown of Swords. Love the series, even though I occationally want to hit characters with bricks to knock some sense into them.

Other than that I recently finished Angels and Demons. Personally I think it would have made a better movie that The Da Vinci Code. (restricted) |

But yes, there is a good side and a bad side to the raise in minimum wage. On the one side it is more money (yay), on the bad side, prices will eventually inflate. However the rise in minimum wage is being made to balance out the last price hike. Vicious cycle. (restricted) |

My hair is this dull brown, almost dirty blonde during the summer, with a bit of auburn in it as well. I dyed it black cherry in October (think burgandy but really dark) and now the sun has faded the dye to a coppery color. Sometimes I dye it black, which looks cool... but I think I'm just going to go natural again for awhile. My hair is really thin and oily and doesn't grow all that fast (it's never gone past mid-back, currently at 1 inch past the shoulders) so dying it all the time isn't the best thing for it. |

Yeah, I have to admit I like the mountains in our skyline. It's like an hour drive or so to get up there. The Mojave Desert is on the other side of the mountains, so we really do have multiple climates around here. If only there were more trees.
