| Welcome to the asylum. Feeding times are at 8 in the morning and 7 at night every other tuesday and thursday and then opposite wednesdays and mondays. (don't worry you'll get used to it and eventually the hunger pangs go away when your stomach shrinks. Anyway, play nice with the other inmates and try not to keep the nurses tied up for TOO long they tend to have trouble walking after a few hours.

| Don't trust anyone.
This is a lesson I learned the hard way over the course of 21 years. But I also learned that there are exceptions to that little rule. You should only trust one person with everything that makes you who you are and you better be DAMNED sure that person is the one person that will never destroy you using that information. Your friends can be close to you and you can trust them within reason. However one should only ever completely trust the person you spend the rest of your life with. |

| ok it has occured to me that I've been talking a good deal about the fun stuff
here but I've not REALLY mentioned much of the dangers involved. Like I said once, submissives are in danger typically as they're naturally more vulnerable to sexual predators. Particularly some REALLY sadistic people that won't care if you have a safe word or if you use it. They'll flay the skin off your ass because it's turning them on and won't care about the submissive. Meeting other players is difficult and full of dangers that your average relationships don't have. (which is not to say normal relations aren't dangerous if you're with the wrong person) But in the case of BDSM where being whipped or handcuffed or physically abused isn't completely unheard of it's a little more difficult to see it coming ahead of time. Meeting other players can be managed through finding a local BDSM group in your area. There are also Leathermen Groups and other organizations that cater to BDSM players and people looking to learn more. Frequently you can find a kind intelligent person to explain things and talk to you but one must be very careful that the person isn't a real sadist that can cause real and serious physical, emotional and psychological damage. Submissives are the most easily targeted but Dominants are also at risk. There is risk that a sub they have a session with may later decide to scream rape. They then have the story of being tied up and forced to do things which you as the Dom actually DID. A court won't listen when you say she WANTED to be tied up, cut several times with a sharp knife, whipped so much her ass is red and there are welts on her skin and fucked so hard she couldn't walk the next day while her legs were being shocked with electricity. | I heard a line recently. It said that mother nature has constantly attempted to destroy human kind through plague pestilence and disaster. Which is why the human race has been at war with mother nature ever since it became the human race.
Does anyone else think that's kinda what is or has been going on in recent times? Shit load of tornadoes several months ago, several hurricanes, large scale destruction and chaos. I get's the feeling the planet is pissed at us but that could just be me. |

| Jersey would this be you girlfriend or friend? Not meanin to pry or anything I just don't get how if both you and a friend were submissives that it would cause problems.
Now I have a question if you're willing to discuss it in this rather public forum. If not you can always PM me if you're willing to discuss it at all. What makes you think you're submissive? That's a difficult classification for someone to define at times. Some people are rather even others lean more one way or another and others are all the way submissive or dominant. I myself feel that I might be at least a little bit submissive but I am by far more dominant. |

you're willing to talk and I can be of help I'd like to help. I'm a helpful person... ^__^ Ok. Now I have an overall question that I will tac a warning onto. I will NOT discuss this particular BDSM practice unless I get across to you all that it is very VERY dangerous. The rewards are spectacular and can be very theraputic and less expensive than a psychiatrist but if somethin goes wrong it could cause a LOT of pain and a lot of actually needed therapy and possibly total nervous breakdown. Not trying to scare anyone just explaining that there's some very serious shit going on with some of this stuff. The topic: Edge Play. | ok I've touched on Edge Play actually by mentioning Humiliation Play. Edge play is, simply put, pushing the edge of someones limits. Physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically.
An example would be a Sub has a fantasy of being shared by her master, lent out to another man like a piece of property or a toy. It's a sense of complete ownership and surrender to your dominant. It's VERY dangerous. If you're not fully aware as a Dom of your submissives emotions it could cause severe psychological trauma. It could perhaps bring up a very deep rooted phobia or psychological problem that before then hadn't been evident. It doesn't have to be the above scenario either. I will be, in my next post transposing several pages out of "Screw the Roses, Send Me the Thorns," to show the full example. Warning: The section I'm going to transpose is rather vulgar in the words used at times and of a mature nature so anyone not wishing to read something like that should just skip over my next post. I will of course need some sort of filler something from SOMEONE in order to make another post so someone post a question or make a comment if they'd like but keep it on topic please. |

| The double "kk" in the names signified that the person was a descendant of the prisoners that were the original settlers of the planet they were on in the book. Anyone else on the planet with the k's in their name was considered a free citizen, something akin to nobility or the wealthy and priviliged. The rest were bond servants, basically meaning slaves sold into bondage. They could earn money though to buy their bond paper and make themselves into a free citizen.

I've known several people that have died, more than half of them being family members.... *shrugs* No big deal. It sucks but people die, it's a natural result of mortality. I don't want anyone to feel sad or mourn me when I go. I'm gonna put it in my will that everyone that considers me a friend is required to go out to the same bar and get completely smashed. And I know I have friends that don't get along with each other so it will also state that there are to be no fights or arguments, everyone is a friend there. |
