Yeah, I hope this works though. Its actually not really a physical matter, but one for my nerves and stuff that's causing a lot of headaches. Either way though, I have been feeling more relaxed and my neck doesn't feel nearly as stiff as it was.

So, I guess it is helping me physically too. 
Just sucks having to go so much ... I've been there 7 days this month so far. Going in again Wednesday.
