| Watching the latest episode of "Mad Men." Then we'll be watching the latest episode of "East Bound and Down."
Looks like this season is going to end just as crazy as the last. It's only the second episode of the second season of "East Bound and Down," and it's gone in a completely different direction than season 1. |

| Sigh...
There's just too much to do, and I either have no energy or longing to do it. I was up at 6 this morning transcribing quotes for the features story I had to write for class. I need to start looking for an internship. On the plus side, I was dreading having to find a professor to interview for the "Interview Your Favorite Teacher at the University" assignment, but I asked Jason, the newspaper's adviser, and he actually wrote, "For you? Yes!" 
The weekend was interesting. Stitch, Brandon, and I drove 300 miles roundtrip for an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. We wandered around this massive park full of museums, and hung out for a while in this one full of shrunken heads and mummified remains. |

Why Kansas? It's in the middle (sorry Canadians), about equa-distances for most of us. And well, that's where a certain Mr. Xeogred lives. |

Since Saudi Arabia, among other countries, demand a certain level of modesty from women, it's not really shocking when you take someone like Mariah Carey and compare her album covers there to the original on this side of the Atlantic.
More I just think these are fascinating. I mean, there are some where they Photoshop on a hideous outfit and then there are others where they actually make a pretty fashionable (like the one with her laying on the bed). I'm amazed they only 'Shopped on capris in that one and allowed you to see her ankles. |

Done for the week. Well, I've still got Graphic Novels class, but that's more fun than school. |

| So when magazine class met last night, it was just me and one other girl (three girls missing. The "leader" hasn't come to class in two weeks). We ended up sitting down and hammering out what should be assigned in chunks. I e-mailed everyone last night and got one response saying, "Thanks for being interested in the project" and that was IT.
Fuck this shit. Fuck the fact that while it was raining this week, people were still speeding and simultaneously talking and texting on cellphones. Love the rain, hate these assholes. |
