| I used to suffer from extreme insomnia and hyper insomnia now I read or meditate before bed. You just have to get yourself in a routine and get used to it. It's hard and seeing a doctor might help, but really you just have to figure out what works yourself. | ||||||

I'm sorry, I guess I always take a mothers side just a little bit, because she is still a mother, even if not a good one. It'd be different if yo uwere younger but they still treat you like you're a kid. I'm sure they care about you, but they have ot learn to accept yo ufor who you are and what you are going to be. | |||
