| There was this one sunrise that I saw when I was working at Cabrillo Beach. It was partially cloudy, and the way that the light hit the clouds had them starting off dark purple and ending up white and light pink over the course of ten minutes. It was the most beautiful sunrise I have ever seen, and nothing else really mattered. I had the work journal that we had been using to write random crap back and forth and I ended up describing the sunrise as part of what will be the beginning of chapter three for Darkfang.

My personal opinion is GMC since it is paid for you. Tuition costs can rise on you at any time, and it would be a nice security to know that you won't have to worry about it. Maybe major in business with the minor in computers? I dunno.

Then again, the tuition rates seem to be quite reasonable at Columbus Tech if I read them right. Applying to both is a good idea though, since like you said both are good options and you can see which you like better. Have you visited both campuses?

I've heard that lavender does wonders in soothing burns, they have it in spray forms as well as lotion. But yeah, always have to make sure to reapply or the burn gods just swoop in and ruin your day.

Fuck the Discovery Channel for now being nothing but sensationalist bullshit. Where is the learning? We've been watching Shark Week all week long and guess how many shows were not about attacks... like three according to the schedule, and so far only one has been even remotely interesting because the other was just as sensationalist.

Financial aid is proving more difficult than I thought it would be. Apparently most of the bigger stuff is only for undergrads, so I am looking into a few things and waiting to be assigned my advisor so I can talk to them about such matters. In other news, my giant plummet in activity and lurking since yesterday is because A Dance with Dragons finally came and I've been glued to it. It is proving a good read so far, but I will kill George R. R. Martin if he makes us wait another six years for the next book.

It may piss them off, but someone has to do the right thing. I've been urging my dad to do the same thing to my grandmother's boyfriend (grandma's got dementia, he's trying to convince her that he and my aunts are trying to kill her and steal her money) but they want to try and get "proof" via recording first.
