I got the idea for this thread as I was listening to one of my "Best of Disney" CDs and as it was playing "Under the Sea" (from The Little Mermaid when Sabastian is trying to convince Ariel that being a mermaid is better than surface life), I suddenly realized how the song was about vaginal sex. Among the anaolgies of fish the most blatant was when Sabastian sings, "Darling, it's better, down where it's wetter. Take it from me!" 
Also a line from one of my favorite movies, Cannibal!: The Musical. "Your eyes, your smile made my little life worth while. The sky was a lot more blue when I was on top of you." He's singing about his horse that ran away; however, when the movie was written the name of the horse bore the name of his ex girlfriend that cheated on him and left him. It's a well-known legend. I suppose one can take it however way you want, but it does really look like "SEX". I remembered another one... The entire song "A Whole New World" from Aladdin is all about sex. Heh... just take every line literally. "Tell me, Princess, now when did you last let your heart decide?" I can see why Sunset is useful when you want to unload about a relative dying or how your English teacher blows or you want valid advice about an issue you've been having be it with a significant other, your parents, friends, what have you.

I personally steer clear of the forum, though. There are too many open wounds there crying for someone to kiss them. I mean, and don't get me wrong about this, many good threads are there that want to talk about life and how it can be cruel and merciful to them, then there are the threads that have a "Pity me" nature and pretty much beg for people to lavish them with huggles and compliments and so forth. I'll give you a current example. Suicide. If you're going to do it and tell us you don't want our help no matter what we say, then why are you friggin' posting about it? Do it already. Oh? You weren't really going to? Was this an outcry for attention? Sure looks like it. Well huggles and "You're a strong person and please don't kill yourself because we love you" just the same. Bye now. Suicide is a serious matter and to tell us that you think about it isn't something to take lightly. To play with our emotions on the subject for your need of love and attention is evil. I do feel that Sunset as an advice and venting forum for serious life topics is good, but when it's flooded with these things that's when I look the other way. In converse of Debate falling under the same heading, debate is meant for arguing issues without using unfair emotional appeal. In other words, it's meant to be based on logic, not personal dispute.

I have editor's disease. After years of editing people's stories and seeing the same words/contractions spelled or used the wrong way, I've started using them too.

Most common problems that I've been seeing: - "You're" in place of "your" and vice versa. - Along with this "They're" in place of "Their" and vice versa. - The wrong to/too/two used. - "Bored" spelled "Board" Other things that somewhat stick out and slightly bug: - People using "ur" in place of "you are" SPELL IT OUT!! - The deliberate misspelling of "the" (teh), which apparently is "1337" - "Rogue" spelled "Rouge"... heh, it's been done so much here that I just shrug it off. ^_~ (Last edited by Rogue on 10-28-05 08:20 PM)

The username actually has a dual meaning.

One very obvious one being named after Rogue from the X-Men comic books, cartoon series, and now movies. 
I find her fascinating and in many ways I share some of her qualities. Rogue is the outcast and goes against the grain with much inner turmoil that she doesn't like to let others in on. She, unlike me, has the ability to become a god if she truly wished to. The other explanation comes from the word rogue meaning someone who causes mischief and indulges in unconventional means.
