| Just got done watching the first live action Death Note movie.
So far, it's actually pretty good! I'm of course watching it dubbed and glad to hear the original voice actors for the anime are all in tact for the movies. Also love it how the movie is drastically different than the anime. |

| Exactly. Honestly, to me it's just about neck and neck with the anime itself. It's not as dramatic as the anime but it still holds to it's "Serious" factor. And the movies are extremely serious.

| I made a thread awhile back saying that I would do some sort of charity for the community.
WHELP. SHIT HAPPENED. CAN'T DO IT. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE WERE INTERESTED. So instead, let's share on whom we are donating to this holiday season! First off, I already donated $50 to the SA forums Charity Drive: SA Holiday Charity Let's Adopt a Tiny, Awesome Village in Haiti! $XXXK+ raised!!. Donated $50 to this cause and got a book named after me (In the thanks area). I also purchased the song by Jack Black and Jason Segel and even added a little tip on the iTunes checkout. The song Little Drummer Boy mixed with Peace on Earth. If anything. At least purchase this song. Every cent counts! Finally. Me and a few friends spent a whole day yesterday working a full double. Pledging our entire earnings for that day to go towords Child's Play. Five participated and we all reached $1,109 This year I donated a grand total of $168.25. 50% went to Childs Play. And the rest went to Shriners Hospitals. How about you? E- I also just want to add that sure, you don't believe in santa; I do. I am santa. You are Santa. Everyone can be Santa. When I was in the Masons I learned that making a child happy is by far the most important thing in life. Well, one of them. But for this holiday season. It's depressing these days and there are A LOT OF KIDS IN HOSPITALS THAT WON'T GET GIFTS THIS YEAR DUE TO PARENTS PAYING FOR THEIR KID'S BILLS So instead of dumping money on that dumb fucking videogame why not give it away to some kid who would cherish it more than you ever would? Think of it this way. Donating money gives you karma points to your life. And in one way, shape, or form. You will be rewarded back someday when you need it most. Sure, give to your family and friends. But at least give a penny. Or a Dollar. Or if you are really great (Which you all are) you should donate more. Good charities are the following: Childs Play Link Shriners Hospitals Link Doctors without Borders Link Ill update the OP with more links as provided. But start there!
