| Sounds delicious.
So one of my clients was searching the web for online games he could play and he freaking stumbled upon Vizzed. I was working with another client and when I looked up he was looking at the main page of their board then suddenly hit back and went through the Google search options again. It was bizarre. |

| "Logan" deals with X-23, so yeah, I'm fairly interested to see it.
I still have yet to see "Apocalypse." I've really been dragging feet on all the superhero movies. I feel like the only ones I'm planning on watching in the next couple years are "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" and "Wonder Woman." And even then, I likely won't be seeing them first-run. |

| I've pretty much gotten entirely sick of looking at it, and yet I still find myself scrolling through my feed without intending to do so.

| Worse than that, I climbed back into the van and mentioned the whole story to my co-worker and ended it with, "Welcome to Trump's America." She spent the rest of the day telling me how Trump's a good thing and how he doubled her stocks because even though the DOW took a dive, she says it was the greatest bounce-back in history.
Seems like she's the only of my co-workers who likes him. The rest happen to be minorities (she's not) and the majority are scared, upset, and have already mentioned dealing with similar and worse situations of open racism since the election last week. I've honestly, in all my years living in California, have never seen someone openly mock another person's accent while trying to speak English. One of my co-workers, who happens to be a black man, has been taking a lot of shit suddenly since last Tuesday and he's agreeing that he's seeing more, saying, "Yeah, it's acceptable now. It's open season." Fuck all of this. |

| The waiting.
We can't go out and do our activity until all of my clients for the morning have arrived. We're supposed to be gone by 9:45, but I've got clients whose parents don't drop them off 'til 10:15 and act like we're just "the help." Leaving that late means only having so much time to do the activity, driving there and then to lunch (which we need to have around 11:30) and be back to the center around noon, 12:15 at the latest. Overall, this makes the activity almost meaningless because now I'm so strained for time, and I've usually got this one client whom we can't take to the ocean or near ANY body of water or into restaurants for lunch (in fact, she's usually the one who gets dropped late.) Then at the end of the day, I can't do my notes to pass along to the next person until all my afternoon people leave. While the cab services can be dicks and not come get a client until 3:30 or later (we close at 4), often our last person to be picked up is this one guy waiting for his mom. Who's your favorite film director and why? |

| Oh Christ, half the people at work have the flu and have this whole, "I need the money, I can't call out!" outlook on it as they infect the rest of us. I needed to use the restroom and walked into it smelling disgustingly of excrement and with the floor covered in light brown puddles leading up to the toilet. I washed my hands and got the fuck out.
It was one of my co-workers getting sick all over the place and she rushed to back in once I got out of there. I really hope I don't catch this thing leading into Thanksgiving. |

| Oh my god, FUCK that my health insurance through my company is going up again. When I started, two years ago, I was paying $60 a check, then it went to $89, and now -- get this -- it's going up to $139 per check. My take home is atrociously low.
And my company hasn't even sent out our insurance packets yet. We're supposed to have gotten them by now so we can look them over, compare with other places, and sign them before the first of the new year. My co-workers are all losing their shit because the deadlines to get our on their spouses' insurance is this fucking week. I'm so fucking frustrated with everything. |

| It's Christmas music glut time again at work.
I really fucking hate "Baby It's Cold Outside." That horrible song that's essentially about luring a woman to bed who keeps going, "The answer is, 'No,'" and asking "What's in this drink?" keeps getting covered and played on the radio every few minutes it seems. |

| Seems like whenever I sleep as long as we're "supposed to," I have a headache. I tend to get about 5-and-a-half hours or less on average.
Still, I kept waking up a odd hours all night. |

| Apparently the whole plot of the next season has been leaked online. I've been tiptoeing around any possible GoT show articles and photos on Facebook. A lot of set photos are getting posted without being hidden at all.

| Except for what I've been posting here, I haven't really been talking politics at all online. I had one post on FB during the first Trump/Clinton debate, but that's it.
I've gotten into several arguments with my mom, though, since we carpool together for work. The first one following Nov. 8 was brutal. At this point it's easier to pretend it all didn't happen for the sake of our sanities. |

| I still have yet to finish "Twin Peaks," or "Luke Cage" for that matter.
I've pretty much just devolved into re-watching the same things over and over again ("Zootopia," "Man Up" and "Amelie" on Netflix and "Silicon Valley" on HBO Now.) The only things I've been watching that are new are the DVDs of Akira Kurosawa films I've been getting from the library and "Westworld" when it rolls out a new episode on Sunday. |

| I've completely forgotten where we are and what's happening. We're past the Laura Palmer arc, and Bobby's dad turned up again after being missing.
Bobby's trying to start some deal with Horne. Ed's wife believes she's a teenager in high school and is super strong for some reason. I think Cooper's still on suspension for going into Canada to retrieve Audrey. The Jean Renault stuff is tiresome. Not sure if Windom Earle has popped up yet, but we've got David Duchovny as a trans person. |
