English 101, Economics, and Public Speaking are three mandatory courses for me. I'm still aiming to be a director...or at least something in the film industry/entertainment business...so...I can understand the economics. However, public speaking...I dunno...I decided that I'm going to go into the class without making assumptions until I actually attend the thing. Otherwise, I'd think it was a waste of my time...y'all can ask Xeios if you'd like...I'm odd...shy when it comes to personal things, having one on one conversations, just normal, everyday life...but once I get in front of a crowd of people, I can give a speech, run an assembly...**shrugs** Not shy about that at all...I actually like it...so...I'm hoping that I'll like the course.

This seems like another "SAT" film...(I actually forget the title to that one... ) But "Accepted" actually looks pretty good to me. I find it appealing cuz A) I am just starting college, and B) I get kickass grades, but STILL had a hard time with the whole college admissions thing on a whole...XD |

Hi...yah, I wouldn't be suprised if everyone hasn't forgotten who I was by now...but meh...(Btw, been working little by little on the drawings...either haven't had the time, or was too aggrivated to stay home to do them...if you understand what I mean by this, then I am talking to you.  ) Oh, WARNING: This thread is pointless and doesn't really make much sense I suppose...just the small frustrations that are getting to me.
H'okay...been going back and forth from my mom's to my gram's...neither has been going well. I need to move out to a place of my own. However, that isn't too much of a reality at the moment...becomming a legal driver and hopefully maintaining a 4.0 average is my next issue at hand to tackle. 4.0 might be difficult, not saying it's gonna be easy, but it's worth a shot...my mom dropped out of the deal, but my sisters all said they'll chip in to buy me a car and help pay for some of my insurance after the first semester, should I have a 4.0...I'm going to be working in a bookstore come October, it's all in writing, so I'm all set pretty much...and if I have a 4.0, I get a nice raise, plus free supplies, shit like that...might not do TOO much, but hey, every little bit helps. I'm only working part-time though, considering that I'll be a full-time student, with anywhere from 10-15 hours a week... So yeah...my mom and I can't get along worth shit...typical teenage issues...same old shit still going on at my grams that has been going on for years...been keeping myself busy though. Working all sorts of odd jobs to make some cash...otherwise, been leaving the house to hang with friends as much as possible, and when I am stuck at home, nothing soothes my nerves like kicking the shit outta things...in video games, but still...can be quite satisfying... To top it all off, been talking to an Ex-boyfriend...more like he's been talking to me (Not talking about Ryan here, for all of those who know him.)Why I even talk to him though, I haven't the slightest...I hope I'm making him squirm though. He's been talking to me like shit lately. Thing is, it's not anything out there like "You're a bitch." No, it's lots of things indirectly...and the more I pretend not to notice, the more bite his words have to them...so I really hope I make him squirm...like today, found out he invited my best friends to a party he's having...two friends, mind you, that he didn't seem too close to them...I was on the phone with Laurie and she said that he prolly did it to get to me (which obviously worked, but he doesn't know that, so its all good)...I mean, don't get me wrong, while we were dating, he was always very nice to them, and even after we stopped dating...but Laurie even said that he never really had anything to do with them unless I was involved in there somewhere...and now this...so yeah...I dunno...but when the asshole and I talked about it tonight (more like a few sentence long convo) I was really nice about it...so yeah...Again, I hope he squirmed. I'm so fristrated right now...and what frustrates me the most is that I'm more angry about asshole than anything...I dunno...I know this is all juvenile bullshit and there are worse things out there...such as having quite the hospital record all due to things one's father has done...broken ribs, concussions...etc...it's kinda nice to worry about something to trivial as this...but then it's so frustrating!!! Grrr!!! Gotta get ready for school...I'll be working in a month...I hope it was a wise decision to give myself a month to get used to the college workload...if not, then I can try and start now...I dunno...putting up with this shitty neighborhood I live in...thank goodness I apparently look younger than I am, cuz when perverts start hitting on me, telling them I'm not 18 yet has actually worked quite a bit. They don't back off everytime, but they do most of the time...merh...I guess I look easy or something. I don't know. **sigh** I feel a little better now. |

Haven't had a real job yet persay, but I had kids all the time. Thing is, when I say in charge, I was in charge. From the moment I was done school, I had to pick up the babies from my sister's, so she could go to work, pick up the rest of the kids from school, do the whole afternoon activities with them, make sure they had their homework done, made sure they were fed, their clothes were washed, did the whole PTA meatings with them...yeah...5 nieces and three nephews at the time (one more niece is on the way) Considering there were so many children though, I can tell you guys a million stories. Kids are sooo unpredictable. But, that's what they are. Kids. Grant it, my oldest is now 13...but anywho...the funny thing was going to the PTA meetings and seeing parents that were worse than the kids...yeah...

So I know where the rest of you guys are getting at though. Only difference is mine wasn't really a job, but responsibility and dealing with stupid situations was still there.

Oh, and bear with me, I'd like to be a daywalker, but I've only seen Blade 3, so I presume it's being both human and vampire or something...Oh...and I had a bit of fun making her up for this...so yeah...a bit long...
Character Sheet Name: Holly Marina Alias: Scarlet Age: 18 Physical Age: 18 Race: Daywalker Abilities: Extra sensory abilities. Holly's five senses are farmore keen than any human. She is also more agile than the average human. Weapons: Small dagger kept in her boot. Specialization: hand-to-hand combat Physical Appearance: Holly has chin-length, poker straight, scarlet colored hair. Hence her nick-name. She is rather thin and fragile looking, but that has always worked to her advantage, and is probably one of the reasons why she is as quick and graceful as she is. Her skin is pale but her eyes are a deep green. She stands at about 5'3, and wears a rather gloomy yet sexy style of clothing. Holly wears a blood red corsette-looking top tied with black ribbon and lined with black lace around the top. Her skirt is short and snug fitting, wrapping around her from her waist to her mid thigh. The rest of her pale legs are covered in fishnet stockings, and she wears black, leather boots that rise up to her calves. Her hands are concealed in black leather gloves, and on occasion, on top of it all, Holly wears a black hooded cape that falls down to her ankles. Background: Holly's father was a vampire, and her mother a human. For a portion of her life, she was left with her mother, not knowing a thing about her father, thus leaving many questions to be answered. Questions such as why she was much paler than most of her peers, why blood seemed so appealing to her at times, why she seemed to pick on many things that no one else did. Then, one day, she came home to fine her mother killed, and her killer standing directly over the scene. Holly didn't have time to mourn her mother's death, as everything finally became clear to her. The killer, Holly's father, took her to live with the vampires and tried making her an ally of them. At first, Holly agreed to everything. She finally felt at home. People were 'odd' like she was. She also didn't feel ashamed of herself anymore. She had always been a very sensual being and that didn't exactly fit in with the rest of the human world while growing up. Then, one day, everythig hit her. Her father, had nothing to do with her until the day he killed her mother. Being as she was part human, she still felt human emotions. The longer she lived with the vampires, the more she saw the harm they were causing. Then, one day, she finally had enough. She escaped their world and joined the human world yet again. Ehh...Prolly a little late to say anything at this point...but what kind of interview is it exactly? Like is this just a general interview to learn about a person? Are you supposed to be pretending you're offering some kind of job, promotion...I mean in almost all interviews, some personal questions are asked, but the majority of them pertain to the specific topic. |

I saw the comercial thingie for this when I went to see that Ricky Bobby movie...it actually does look pretty sweet! It seems like a show that I might just watch religiously, and that's saying a lot, considering I'm not really like that with television. Haha. |

Barnes and Noble! Teh woot! I start working there coe October. The one that I'll be working at is great. They really work with their employees that are students. Like upon hiring me, they looked through my academic records and then sent me a copy of the receipt of the $1200 worth of books for school that they paid for me. Good luck with the new job!!! |
