Hm. I think it's great that the media sometimes bothers people and groups for stories and then have to look at embarrassments like these. It may not happen a lot, but when it does everyoen should take the time to get a laugh in, if only for a second.

I'm going to slightly interrupt and ask whose layout has mess the thread up. No one seems to mind that it has.

Invite? How are supposed to get those?
I'm happy with my email service. It's not the best, but I don't do a whole lot with it anyway. I have two accounts of it. I' really don't need that much space, but it is nice. I got my webhoster for that. Good enough for me. |

I've actually wondered about him sometimes. I believe there is definitely more about him than what has been shown so far. I can't recall ever hearing something about "boiling blood". That may be because it was mentioned in a much earlier episode. He does intrigue me as well. He is such a mystery to date, and I'm sure many fans of the series like that about him. I guess I'll vote for it although I never seen it before. I don't think I'll need a banner. If anything, I can simply add something to my sig for improvement.

Well, I couldn't really find a good picture of Miko Lee without a "little bit" of her exposing, so I just went with the next best one. Devon!
It's not the sexiest picture of her, but who cares. She's still gorgeous. (Last edited by Cyro Xero on 03-19-05 09:36 AM) |

Well, I have answered 12 of them correctly so far.
1 4 6 7 11 12 15 17 24 26 38 39 40 Number 1 was an educated lucky guess. I've never even played the game, but I saw a bunch of pictures of it and took my memory from there. If anyone has played games 6 or 26 you are great. 6 is one of my favorite NES games. 4 was obvioius 7 was easy when I saw the bomb by the sea weed. You guys might fall over when you figure out what it is, but then again there's really no hint in the picture as to what it is. I thought 9 might have been Mutant League Hockey, but the Mutanta League series didn't come out until Sega 11 was obvious to me, and if you guys think about it, it will be to you as well. Here's a hint: it's at the end of the first level. 12. Meh, took me ages to figure that one out........ 15. When DaftPunk mentioned his spoiler guess I went back and after carefully examining it the answer came to me with a smile. 17 Unless you've played at least one game in this series then you may not know. That map shows a level that's on EVERY game of the series. Even the ones with the "special guests". 24 I can give you guys a hint with this one. This game features the characters that are the "special guests" in the series of game number 17. 26 wasn't the best game I've played, bu tit was fun and very mysterious to me. The levels were unique, althought repeated with the landscapes. 38, everyone has seen the series, even if they don't know they have. But the creator did a good job on making this vagues. In fact, I don' t think there's a much to show without giving the game away. 39 was something I recognizes. All too well, It was a game, or rather the 2 one, in which I could not beat the last boss. Back n the day I spent countless houts trying to win the last fight. The damn "thing" kept mutating in to something stronger than the previous "thing" I must've gotten up to about the 7th or 8th form before I couldn't get any further. I never did play the game since then. 40, wasn't a very popular game, and even if you've seen once you may not be able to guess it. It was pretty fun for a while. Hey, when you're as old as I am you know a lot about the old games. The thing is, i have all 600-soemthing NES games on ROM, (Last edited by Cyro Xero on 03-19-05 11:07 AM) |

Ah, VG, I've heard of both of those, bu tI still would have never guessed them.
My answers: 1, 2, 3, 5. 6, 9, 10, 13, 15, 26, 34, 35 12. Kinda crappy, but oh well. I dont' recognize a lot of the games on here, but some I do. And since I know that 20 is obviously a ---- --- game I'll count that into my score as well, I guess. 13 Number 33 looks like it might be a good Defend Your Castle game. And I'm sure I've seen the last, but I can't think of what it is. Does anyone have a spoiler for it? (Last edited by Cyro Xero on 03-19-05 11:33 AM) |

Originally posted by The Politician I couldn't have said it better. I liked GE for a while. I was pretty deadly with the grenade launcher, but as the monthis passed, and since I didn't have 64, everyone began kicking my ass. It sucked when I couldn't even HIT anyone becuase there was auto aim unless you were very close to somebody. Perfect Dark came along and my friend and I spent countless hours playing it. We'd play as a team and he would always get the most awards. His rank was 13 and mine was12. And damn, the sims on the last two levels were damn cheap. I don't think I got by with using the cheat thing where you can alter the settings of the challenges. We had fun creatting our own settings for the simulator- modes using all machine guns, using all bombs, all grenades and rockets, and lasers. The Neutron Bomb was fun to use. It was a comical sight to see even the Dark sims running around in circles when they were caught in it. You could see weapon literally gush from their hands as they brought new ones out to replace those that were knocked away. Ah, I still remember that day over at a guy's hours. Were were playing 4 player free-fo-all. I was hiding behind a corner in the Complex waiting for someone to pop out. Some else came up behnd and saw me just standing there. He didn't shoot right away, but instead spoke up, "Ah, who's this? Oh well. Good bye." *BAAAAAAAAAAM* He aimed and fired his Cyclone, set on Magazine Discharge, at the back of my head. i went down very fast. How humiliating. |

You can't really go by seeds anyway. There are a few actual vegetables that have seeds in them- peppers, pumpkins. Cucumbers, was was mentioned before. Are you guys goign to consider those as fruit? I heard long ago that a tomato is considered a becuase of where it's seeds are, or something to that extent. Deep down I know it's a fruit, but I like to believe it's a vegetable.

okaaay. I don't who came up with the third one, but there's no way in hell I'd buy a console that looks like a CD stand. The idea is good, I'll give it that, but it would look so bad to actually be shaped like that. The second looks good.

That does seem like a very good way to study, Rogue. I think it would also be beneficial to read at least some content from your books too in case you missed something. The method is great. When I was in highshool,as long as I read my notes or the book for a class test I never really felt nervous. When I had the information I knew I oculd anser most of the questions with ease. That's all there was to it. The same went for taking tests in schools for the Army, although a lot of Army tests are open book. The focus more on teaching you how to find inforrmation in military manuals rather than memorizing them. (Last edited by Cyro Xero on 03-20-05 11:49 AM) |

My "Spectral Laser Ring" avatar is one that I've had up ever since the days back on the old Acmlm board 3 years ago. It is a picture I took with a digital camera while spinning a Photon Rav'n Light on my finger in front of a mirror in the dark. It is one of the many I took that day. I thought it looked cool at the time and so I put it up. I've thought about changing ia few times, but couldn't really find an image that represents me well, so I stayed with it. However, unlike my name, I am willing to change it.
