| One of the main reasons that I am in shape the way I am is because of were I work and the type. I do a lot of heavy lifting, twisting, pulling, bending and things like that every day. To top it off over the summer it reaches in between 110-120 and fluctuates at that temp for the 8 hours im there. I actually weighed myself the other day and found out that ive stayed at about 170lbs, which is the weight I was at about 4 months ago. But ive lost about 2 pants sizes. Last time I had my body fat done was about the same time 4 or 5 months ago and I was at about 6% so im actually scared to see what im at now lol
But I am trying to bulk up a little bit while getting in better shape. Instead of driving to work I ride my bike, it's about 2 1/2 miles there and 2 1/2 miles back. When riding my bike I can usually do it 30 mins round trip, so tha'ts 15 there and 15 back. I just started walking and I can do it in about 45 mins round trip.. so yea.. Lol not sure if anything ive said helps. But I guess to substitute my work just start doing what your doing, Working out everyday and the like. I could say that for the twisting and bending start doing sit ups, pulling and lifting, start doing push ups and pull ups. drink lot's of water and Gatorade is good to.. Just dont make it a habit. I know it's a long process but keep up the work. Ive been doing this job for a year and im still not in the shape I want to be. |

| On a side/update not thingy. I just had a interview yesterday for a job at work that I applied for a few weeks ago and kinda forgot about.
It's the Electricians Apprenticeship Program. So meaning if I get the job I will be going to school for 4 years for free and getting a few dollar raise. Im sitting at 17.20/hour right now. If I get it I will go up to in between 19.75/hour to 21.50/hour. Im really hoping for this job.. it would be really nice to get that little bit extra income a month for gas and everything else when I get a car. Also I did my first Car Audio install the other day in about a year or so. It might have just been a simple Pioneer deck install, but I still got 20 bucks for working for less than an hour 
Update on my new car: So far i have it paid down to just over 2500 bucks out of the original 5200. After the 10th when I get paid I should have it down to just over 2 grand. Hopefully I will have it by end of august sometime. For those of you who dont know what it is. It's a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse. it's not the GT, Turboed or anything like that. It's completely bone stock. That means I get to do some work on it i havnt been this giddy in years >.> |

| So, I have the interview. Then the next day I was delightfully informed that there will be lay-offs on the 18th. In between 21 and 28 people to be exact. They yesterday I had a UA. So blah... haha
GTEDIT: I just got a txt message from a co-worker that worked today (im off monday's and tuesdays) and was told that they posted exact information about the lay-offs. there is going to be 30 total layoffs and there downsizing some of the dryers run-time. | Since the name of the Forum is Modern Gaming I figured that this would be the best place to post a thread such as this. Even though the description doesn't mention it. Oh well..
Does anyone play any Table top Games or like to collect miniatures. a few examples would be: -Warhammer 40k -Warhammer -LOTR -Heavy Gear -M:tG -L5R or along the same lines as that? I was just curious, because I am thinking on getting back into some 40k or maybe Heavy Gear. What are your likes, dislikes, comments, etc.. | Hmm, here is a few suggestions for you.
1) Rims, go for the black powder coat, there are plenty of designs out there that would set off the ninja style just right. Plus there black so they will match. 2) lower the car about a inch to improve handling and such, and it would look epic all on it's own. Those are all i can think of. The only problem I can see with them is money wise, as far as how much you want to spend on it. |
