It's called Defamation of Character, and it is a big no-no. It basically stops, or helps combat those who sue for false charges. For example, a man is charged with raping a woman he didn't. He's found not guilty. The man now has an oppourtunity to counter-sue the woman for defamation of character, because he has had to deal with social exile on account of the charges brought against him, and it is difficult for him to get back into the world. Especially if he's a doctor charged for groping a patient while they're under anesthesia.

Though this is not nearly as extreme, it should not have been taken lightly. But then again, it shouldn't have been an 11 million dollar lawsuit.

He stretched his hand outward and meant to shake hands with Jeremy before he left. A wince of pain came across Leon's face, his headache returned, worse than before.

A very good movie, plot-twists galore, 'magic', theoretical physics, a rivalry, Murder. This movie has the makings of a classic, I already believe it's one of the best movies I've ever seen, and I just need it to come out on DVD so I can buy it. The movie is very suspenseful and has a great premise. It's one of those movies that the genre its based on hasn't been over-done. Besides, David Bowie is in it, and he's pretty awesome.



Anyway, I mean, the movie just came out yesterday, but does anyone have any thoughts on it?

Good point, those last few twists did actually take something that was said throughout the whole movie and stepped it up a notch by actually giving reasons for it. It was outstandingly amazing. I guessed some of the end, not the whole end though. The end was just too...Confusing to guess before it happened.

WEll, On the old school MoD board I spammed a bit, was threatened to be banned because they thought I was making multiple accounts(I ws actually logging in a friends house, then having them make an account for the site. This is what brought on Cairoi and others.)

After the board became Xeogaming, I was a good little poster, active, not spamming too much, young and naive. I was a little irritable, became angry too quickly, that sort of thing. Responded with vindictiveness in the face of a disagreer or ignorance. Basically, I was a poor member for a little while. Got into a fight, an argument, and got a strike for it. Then I stepped up and now almost nothing fazes me or gets me explosively angry. So I kinda stepped it up a lot, now I'm staff. What a change I say, what a change.
