| I have lookd it up Shaddow, and I don't see anything about how knowledge can't be tested. As a matter of fact, if you look at the constitution, there is nothing saying that people cannot be restricted based on knowledge. Sure, limiting based on race, age(assuming you're above 18), and several other things, but there is nothing in there about knowledge.
I've looked this up, there is nothing in the constitution about this. |

| Actually Geogree, we technically aren't a democracy, despite what we call ourselves. We're a republic, by definition. We choose the rulers, and nothing else. Regardless, your point stands. However, other than Shaddow's refrences to the Jim Crow laws(I looked through the contrtitution again, and there is nothing about education, I'm quite sure), I still haven't seen any arguement except that they should.
I don't suppose that areason that they should other than because we're a republic is around, is there? forgive any typos, or bluntness, my keyboard is messing up on me, and I'm trying to type quckly. |
