| This is that new Ben Stiler movie that's in theaters. It also has Robin Williams and Owen Wilson. I just saw it tonight with two of my friends and I must say...it was pretty good. I wasn't set on seeing this in theaters anyways, like Rogue says sometimes, I was willing to wait and see the DVD. But, I got suckered into it tonight. Though my friend Vince paid, so it wasn't like I paid to see something I didn't think I'd enjoy. XD
The movie was really cute though. Robin Williams' character was by far my favorite, but Owen was adorable too and Stiler wasn't that bad. This is that movie where Stiler plays a man named Larry who is the nightwatchman at this museum and everything comes to life every night... So...anyone else have any opinions? I actually recommend giving this movie a chance, be it in theaters or DVD. |

| I've seen the one Rogue posted before. I can see how the word women can be substituted with just about anything, but I'll admit, so far I think women is the funniest. Just cuz of the time and money thing. Women are accused of that a lot...XD

But yes...Antigone...read that last year. I actually really liked it. Just to keep this on topic though... 
It can be a pain how they'll tell you to do certain things with your hair and think nothing of it. I was offered a role at my school right before winter break...I just had to cut my hair... I didn't accept it. XD

I see what you mean though, Nagis. The Entertainment forum is fine the way it is now. I don't think it would hurt to leave it the way it is, or break it up some more. That was just one of the few ideas that I could offer.

He's pretty cool looking, Seti. However, he seems a bit stiff, and his arms aren't long enough...or something. I don't know. Something about them seemed a bit odd. I know you said it's concept art, so I'm sure you don't intend that to be your final product...but if we aren't sticklers now, how are you going to have an idea on what could be fixed? Teehee. But in my opinion, he's one of the coolest looking characters of your's I've seen yet.

That's the best advice that I can give. Rogue and Nagis already said most of it. You really don't have anything to lose, but something to gain, so go for it. Don't worry about being awkward. I've had to swallow my fears many times, and 9 out of 10 I was either right, or I met a really good person out of it. I know what it's like to be shy. I am REALLY shy myself, until I get to know people, so... And tomorrow is Monday, so...I WILL pester you tomorrow evening to make sure you did it. (restricted) |

I only have four classes this semester, but if all continues to go well, I'll still have two jobs, so....
English 102 Creative Writing Film Japanese 102 The English is mandatory...Creative Writing is a pre-requisite to this Script Writing course I'm going to take. My film course is just something general. We're pretty much just watching movies and discussing various components of them, touching all sorts of areas, editing, special effects, the way it was written, the way it was done. We meet once a week, but it's a three hour class. Only had it once so far, but I LOVE it. Japanese 102 is the second part of beginners Japanese. As many people who know me well enough can already tell, I want to become a director. (I've also already mentioned that in this thread I think...:p) So yeah, that explains all of the film courses. I'm going to finish up my assiciates degree here at this community college and then just transfer to this other school, which has a fucking OUTSTANDING film program. Even better than the school that I originally intended on attending. The Japanese...I'm taking it for a number of reasons. It's fun. I LOVE the culture and the language is one of the most beautiful languages that I have ever heard. That and I'd like to be a translator if everything else falls through. After looking into is, I found that Japanese-English translators and English-Japanese translators are in pretty high demand (Yes there's a difference between where you put the name of each language. XD) So that about covers the listing of classes and future plans part. :p I also have an internship with a local director this April and it should last until like mid summer? Sometime in July. Nothing big, but hey, it's my first shot at something like this.

Katana groaned as she was nudged. For a few seconds, she didn't move, but slowly, she opened her eyes. The girl's eyes were no longer red, but now a shade of emerald green. Her skin was pale and her cat ears, as well as her tail, were gone, but her attire remained the same.

"Where am I?" The sound came from a groggy and feminine voice. Taking her time, Katana rose to her feet. She brushed herself off and straightened out her hair. What was once shoulder length hair now cascaded down all the way to her knees. Once she was through straightening everything out, she peered up at Enn through her green eyes.

Her eyes widened. After the transformation, she usually feels as though she were hit by a train, but it doesn't take long for Katana to feel perfectly normal afterward. She took one step back and broght her hands up, balling them into fists. "I might look different now, but don't think for one second that I am not as strong as she is..." She says, hardening her voice so that she could sound intimidating.
