The problem is that none of these movies have a theme that ties them together, like in Scary Movie.

Oh, and if you want a good parody movie, check out "My Big Fat Independent Movie." It's hilarious. Makes fun of:

So, I have found clarification as to why the speed of light is unattainable.

Basically, it has to do with Einstein's formula E=MC2 (it's squared, so STFU).

Basically, the faster you go, the more energy you require. But some of that energy becomes part of that mass, meaning you need more energy to go faster, but then your mass increases, so you need more energy, then your mass increases, etc. until eventually you require more energy that exists in the universe.

Get it? Got it? Good.

I don't think you get it. The more energy you use, the more mass you acquire, which means you need more energy, which makes you acquire more mass. This makes in impossible to reach light speed, because there isn't enough energy...

Eric sat down of a loveseat, taking up both sides, and propped his feet on the coffee table.

"Yup, a good night's sleep will do us good."

He closed his eyes and began to snore quietly almost instantly. Whether he was actually asleep, or just fooling around was not apparent.

Jeremy reached over and dimmed the light.

"And we don't need to worry about heat, this will keep us plenty warm, even while dimmed."

Because we still want it to be believable. While it may be in the realm of fantasy, everything that is done is... shall we say, plausible. But the speed of light is impossible, and would destroy the universe.
