I knew about MOD when I was with Anime-US (I really, really miss that place) and in fact saw it as a bit of a rival to A-US. Unfortunately, it seems Seto couldn't keep up with his own activity and the place dwindled. I think I came to Xeogaming after A-US shut down and when some of it's members had migrated this way. Been here for maybe 3 and a half years? I had my absence back in '06 and that's when activity seem to take a nose dive. A lot of people missed me and I felt really bad. By the time I came back it was too late. Only a few of us remain to keep it alive. Sometimes I wonder if I was the cause for the inactive apocalypse. In fact, it seems ACMLM boards have been dropping in size over the past few years. I remember when I first discovered them thousands of people were joining and requesting the PHP code like mad. Vizzed board is the only one I know of besides Acmlm's place that is still going strong. Actually Xeo, you might want to consider linking Vizzed as an affiliate. @Cyro: Yeah, honestly the whole Acmlm Board community is pretty much in the pits thesedays (I mean, the main AB itself split into three awhile back). They had their peak a few years back, but nobody seems to really care anymore. Some of the staff know this, but I honestly don't blame the people who could careless about AB's now... at a software glance, these boards are terrible. A simple testament to that is just looking back at all the restarts and junk we've had to go through. I still have to heavily thank DarkSlaya for tightening this place up a lot though and working on it. But yeah, simply put if I started up Xeogaming in 08'-09'... I would more than likely have gone with some other more professional system like phpBB3 or something. That's not to say I regret it. I am definitely proud to have us, one of the last standing AB's still around and we keep chugging along. Vizzed found their drug, now we need one. Something to pull others in...
