Turns out as soon as she caught wind that the incident was captured on a cell phone camera she dropped all the charges and it ended up being very consensual based on what attorneys saw. | It's nothing new really. Which is sad. Not only does it hurt the reputation of the accused (all sexual assault accusation do), but I believe that it's been proven to it discourages REAL victims of rape from doing something about it, out of fear of not being taken seriously.

As for your comment Cyro, the reason that accused rapists usually go straight to prosecution is because there is already evidence that sex occured (rape kit). The trial is usually to establish if it was consensual or not. They get arrested and locked up in case the accusation is true and thus it prevents anyone else from being assaulted. Most of the time though, the rapist gets off completely for some reason or another, or it doesn't even get reported because the victim is afraid of being accused of being like this bitch. It isn't right, not for the guys here or for the real rape victims that take the hit because of this woman's actions. |
