At least there were no nazi spamming shit threads?

I start my last summer class tomorrow... so it's gonna be work from 8am-noon, the racing from work to campus for my 12:30pm class... then my 5pm class, then homework/dinner and sleep. And gaming on fridays... I hope.

I shall refer to the next two weeks as the Dark Time.

Dropped my parents off at the airport at 4 in the morning on Saturday and have been home alone (well, Brandon's here) for the past couple days.

Spending today defrosting the garage freezer, mostly hammering and chiseling away at it. I'm typing this in the garage right now. When we're tired we continue watching Korean movies off Netflix.

I thought I was going to spend the week doing nothing, until I realized I've pretty much been booked every day but today. It's kind of nice, except when it's a costume party a Rocky friend is having at her house. Need to dress like we're from a horror movie and we can't be wearing pants. Pantless horror party. Yaaaaaay...

Sorry I haven't been active this week. I've got family in from out of town and I'm so worn out from taking them everywhere in this record heat.

Depressed mother, pregnant sister, clueless father, noisy dogs...

etc, yeah it's all a long story but I definitely think I probably should have moved out several years ago. When I think about it, my life hasn't amounted to much over the last ~5-6 years we've been stuck in this crappy place. Been having all these ups and downs with anxiety (lately), depression, all this other crazy stuff... I have thought about it so much that I pretty much know 100% at this point, when I move out things will change dramatically and for the best. I need independence, my own responsibilities, choices, actions, place, everything. I definitely think I'm the type that got stuck... was just too comfortable, and now I'm ready to completely throw myself out in a new environment. It is way overdue. So stoked. Ready to live life.

The problem is just waiting for my friend and his lease with his dad to end in October, but we're hoping for September... but it's already so late. I can't tell if he really wants to do this or not, he seems to be dodging some discussions and I try to bring up that we need to sit down and plan things out, but yeah. He's like me and needs a good boot to the ass to get moving sometimes, but eh... I'm really focused on myself right now and don't want to be overbearing. I feel like he needs to overcome and figure out things himself right now. He is the only friend of mine I think I'd really like to live with, but I'm already thinking I need to start looking for one bedroom apartments as well for a backup plan.

Another friend of mine who's in the medical field is wanting to buy a house sometime next year and will be looking for roommates. I WILL be out of this house by this October no matter what, but if things are crazy he's definitely said I could move into his place and pay him some rent. So that's an option for the near future.

As everyone says living with a roommate is the best way to go about this, plus I think it'd be fun and I don't want to be alone or seclude myself even more... but yeah, the priority is escaping this prison. So even if I'm stuck alone, I'll deal with it. Utterly ready for some drastic changes to happen asap.

Insanely stressed out to say the least lately, barely holding unto this job. It's super fucking stressful, but it's the best pay I've had by far and I don't know if I could match it elsewhere, and I need stable income to move out soon (though I have a good savings...), so yeah. Things are just crazy right now. Trying to find distractions to keep me busy.

On the cliff to some crazy mental breakdowns, but hopefully I can make it.

Aww, so sorry, Xeo. I can relate. I hope you get out soon if that's what you truly want.

I've been sick and cramping, just feeling really shitty. I blame the illness on having to take my family from out of town all over L.A. with my cousin's bratty son sneezing and coughing on me constantly in the back of their minvan.

Was filming all of yesterday and the day before and will continue to do today, and possibly the rest of the week. Brandon and I are extras again, although we've signed an NDA dictating we can't say any more than that.

I'm so damn tired...

Go you, Xeo!

Another video I was an extra for was posted this week. See if you can spot me in this party scene:

Anyway, was at a con yesterday. It sucked. Stan Lee's Comikaze Expo. Total lack of organization. It was shitty. My ticket's still good for today and I'm not even bothering to go.

Dropping Mom off at the airport in a couple hours. Wish I was going with her.

Started packing up today for the move into my own place on the 11th (rooming with a friend, we're on the third floor so that'll suck getting in there haha). Nice trip down memory lane cleaning out my closet and drawers... found a ton of PC games with the big boxes I didn't even know I still had, Shivers, Frogger 3D, Need for Speed III, Oddworld, Lost Vikings 2, etc heh. Lots of other old videogame accessories and stuff. Some cool old school projects, one has a picture of me playing Nintendo when I was 3 which is awesome, found some old yearbooks I thought I misplaced, tons of drawings, a notepad full of cheat codes I had written down filling the entire thing (I'm keeping that haha), tons of printed off game guides dating back to 2001, a picture of Britney Spears, and some other random stuff. Next up to go through my clothes and clear out what I don't need...

I've got two big boxes of like a third of my games that are DVD cased (haven't even gotten to the PSX/SNES stuff), half my shelf down pretty much. I have so much crap, moving is gonna suck lol.

I'm going to be rather inactive this weekend.

Stitch was dumped by this guy he was seeing for the past couple months, so we're going on a couple random road trips.

I'll have to explain later since I tend to curse things when I talk about them.

Now that the weekend's over I'll elaborate on it.

Lee (Stitch) was dumped by this wispy, little hipster boy that was a contradiction to many of the things that make Stitch... well, Stitch. The boy rarely wanted to go anywhere more than an expensive restaurant and then go home to cuddle.

When it comes to our little group, a typical day may consist of going to a museum, taking a hike in the mountains which inadvertently escalates to rock climbing, walking around a beach town, ending up almost arrested for trespassing, getting drinks while watching airplanes land, and spending the evening driving around trying to remember where some restaurant was that we went to 8 years ago before going to watch Brandon's band play some bar and then going home and getting lost along the way.

Anyway, so as a sort of 'fuck you' to that guy, we kept obscenely busy.

Saturday morning we drove into the Inland Empire to this place where you can pick your own apples, berries, pumpkins, and other crops, which also had a Colonial re-enactment village. Giant apple dumplings covered in thick caramel with hot apple cider was a total plus. And then that night Brandon's band played.

Sunday, we got up early, picked up a friend, and drove for 2 and half hours up to Santa Barbara where we had massive tri-tip sandwiches in a cabin in the woods. Drove over this historic suicide bridge and went further north, up to Solvang (a Danish village) and did a bakery crawl, then headed off to feed and get chased by ostriches before eating an ungodly amount of Danish food.

Yep. We're dorks.

Stitch, Brandon, and I are going to be zombies for this 5K Obstacle Course going on this weekend.

We're "stumbling zombies." We don't have to run or anything, we just sort of walk around, but still try to grab the flags.

Well I haven't been able to get on much lately. Basically my old car blew up, then I bought a 2009 Sonata from carmax, then I realized it was too much so I took it back, and so now I'm back to square one.

This is two weeks after I moved out too.

Been rather busy with work. Basically, in the last 2-3 months, I've been testing DAL B software (read: software failure = Hazardous). Been going pretty well. Now I've started working on the design of such software, which is a bit harder.

So I've been reading, and reading and reading and.....
