Xeogaming really needs to have that famous meet-up one day. We'll sponsor it as a youth organization.

DragonCon would be pretty cool. I've never been there, and unbelievably, I've never been to ComicCon, either.

I'd really like to try to go next year.

Sadly, I've only been to 2 local cons in Michigan: YoumaCon (anime) and PenguiCon (Sci-Fi/Open Source/Technology/whatever).

Both are awesome and fun, but one is very small. YoumaCon had ~12,000 people last year and PenguiCon had ~600.

I wanted to go to MineCon, but tickets sold super fast, and I can't really afford to go. I also want to go to PAXeast, San Diego Comic Con, and Play On Con

Yep. This Otakon is the first convention I've ever been to. But it was a blast. I'm particularly jealous of Rogue who, it seems, goes toe very convention ever.

I've only gone to Philly's Comic-con. Unless the car show counts as a convention? :p

But I'm really glad you got to go to Otakon, Phoenix. I've been trying to go for the past few years now. I hear Zenkaicon (or whatever it is) is cool too, though nowhere near as big as Otakon.

**sigh** This time next year, I'll be twenty-six. Please tell me there were other old ladies there dressed up and shit. :p

I've been to gaming conventions like Orcon and Strategecon, and one comic book convention at the Shrine Auditorium, but that is about it.

I always wanted to go to stuff like Comic Con and AX and GenCon... and freaking PaizoCon! But no... no monies to make Elara's geeky dreams come true.
