Yes, it's that time of year again. Baseball is upon us. I look forward to the season, and hope all the luck to the teams. I hope my team (The Jays) can actually get some playoff action this year. 
It'd be nutty if Boston won it again.  |

The only thing I like about baseball is that it means Spring is here and summer is comming, being that those are my favorite seasons. Not cuz of school, just the weather...so anywho...yeah, they're the only reasons I like abseball.  I don't like watching the sport, or following it, although I like baseball movies...like "Field of Dreams"...weird, huh? |

| I like baseball, and hopefully the Phillies can actually win something this year, but knowing the city, we will lose...
And baseball does mean spring to ma and it makes me happy. I went to a game two days ago and the phillies were crushed... |

| I've never played for a team or anything, but I have played for fun...that's why it's weird...like I said, I like baseball movies, and I do think it's fun playing it...I just never was interested in the professional world of it, or anything like that. It's weird, but true. =/ | |||

| The professional version of Baseball gets dull, and it's really hard to watch. You know, without dozing off, but that's the thing, if you are there at an exiting game it is much fun, and watching baseball movies is pretty much all action, and playing baseball is you in the game, which will be occupying you. It all depends on whether or not the team you are watching is doing good or not... | |||

| Yeah, I admit that I can't really watch a full game all the time. Not on the tube anyway. Watching a Baseball game, right there, in the stadium, is exciting. I've watched a Mariners game in Seattle (where they were, in fact, whupped by the Jays), and it was really fun. |

| That I can agree with TP. It's fun going to an actual game...though I've only gone to one, but I did have a good time. It was the Phillies against the Mariners...they kicked out asses big time...but Philadelphia fans are nuts. It was the end of the game, obvious we were gonna loose, and the Phillies were STILL being cheered and Mariners still booed. I thought it was cute when my little cousin (she's 10 now, but was 5 at the time) asked me if the Mariners' name was Boo.... | |||

| My friend the Jays are doing pretty good so far. Now all they need to do is be even greater, then overcome the challenges in their way to first place.
Still pretty early in the season, though. Baseball has quite the bit of games played. And each being 2-4 hours. Gotta love it.  |

| Yeah, I saw that. Clemens had to leave early. I can go either way with the winner. I like the Astros some, but on the other hand, The White Sox have their own 'curse' to break. So I hope they can do that.
Two Sox teams winning the World Series one after the other? wtf twilight zone. That is of course, IF the Sox win the series.
EDIT: Well, it's been a while since the White Sox wiped out the Angels and took the World Series, being the Sox team to win it right after another Sox team ended their own curse. wtf twilight zone indeed.
