Laura? She's actually not too bad. (looking )
She has a good personality though, the only thing I don't like about both of them is that they don't really enjoy RPG's from what I've seen. |

It depends.
Visually I really enjoy movies such as Star Wars, Aliens, and the Matrix that give off an awesome and believable world. And then when you pull off something like Lord of the Rings? Damn. The topography (is that right?) in those movies is just unbelievable and amazing to see. But, anime surpasses in areas of imagination and fantasy, and basically "Does the impossible". So, for me it depends. Anime is an incredible style of art though. |

Sasuke I will have to check that out, I have heard some pretty heavy and fast stuff out there beyond Edguy, and I did like it somewhat, so I'll have to look into that.
Alright, time for more Edguy. These songs are songs I ripped from the CD I have, which as I said before is just a mix CD my friend burned for me, so I don't know the song names for these 2 songs. But, they're incredible. Keep in mind these two are wma's files. First Song, personally one of my favorite Edguy songs. Very fast, and heavy. And at about the 3:00 minute mark ... you will sit in awe. (Well, at least I do all the time) Second Song, a much more Epic song. At first I really didn't like this one, but after listening to it a couple of times over, I came to really like it. This song also gets really awesome towards the middle. And now for another one from Hellfire Club: Edguy - Navigator, Very awesome song. Just keep in mind ... like I keep on stressing, they sound a lot better with Bass boost on. But it's probably just my computer speakers ... Edguy sounds like complete crap on my computer, but when I plugged in my headphones they sounded about 50x better. So, just mess around with the songs I guess. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-19-05 03:52 PM) |

It seems the same things kind of happened with you Elara.
Jr. High came around. People move. Ugh. I moved so many times in my past life, I had to remake friends again and again and again. At least now that I'm quite older, High School has been great and I haven't really had problems with friendships and losing any like that, but yeah, from Jr. High and up I pretty much had to start over. The thing is though, some of my very old friends from Elementary school go to my new High School, and well ... they've changed. It's almost sad to see how much people have changed. One of my friends for instance, was a big time skater, we played games all of the time, he wore VANS shoes, now he's probably the biggest "wigger" I've ever seen in my life. No, I don't talk to him anymore nor would I really care too ... That also goes for girls. I won't brag that I was maybe "popular with the girls in Elementary school" because that sounds dumb, but now whenever I see any of them ... it's like they don't even know I exist. But then again, I myself have probably changed in peoples eyes ... then again, probably not. I was a "geek" back then, I'm a "geek" now. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-19-05 04:01 PM) |

All but the first one look pretty ridiculous to me.
But, just imagine what Nintendo might "really" make. Probably the GameSphere. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-19-05 07:58 PM) |

Of me getting a job, out of about 10 or so other people?
Anyone have good experience with interviews? I've only been to 1, and it was weird ... So yeah, I've recently started to look for jobs again, but this time I'm very serious about getting one to work probably during 4th quarter and a lot during the summer. (I need a car, and I don't know about you guys, but my parents aren't exactly able to help out with the payment, so I need some serious cash ...) Anyways, yeah I have an interview this Monday, at none other than ... Target. I would probably shed a tear if I got a job here, it would just seem awesome. Funny, I went there and the guy that helped me out and talked with me a bit was really friendly, and he reminded me a LOT of Skold (member here), just imagine Skold with a few peircings, black glasses, shorter, and there's your guy. I almost got the interiew the day I went in to apply (which was yesterday, Friday), but they were booked up I guess. *sigh* Try not to put me down about this ... I'd really like to get this job, but my hopes aren't completely up. I guess I'll just need to make a good impression. If this fails, I'll probably be working somewhere crappy. I was told by Uzu you'd post this ... and that I should close it.
I'm not sure what it will accomplish, but oh well. *closes* |

Courtesy of SyntaxLegend, we'll be upgrading to the newer Battle Hack.
But there's a few bugs here and there, so give him a few days and myself to set it up and we should be good to go. |

From what I remember, it prevents people from making more than one challenge at once *phew*, and we can do "team battles". Team up with a bunch of people, and take on other members.

Well the new version is in. It's different, but after awhile I'm sure you guys will come to like it more.
Thanks to SyntaxLegend for giving it to us. Also if you ever find any kind of bug or glitch, report them to this thread. Be sure to elaberate and explain on them, so SyntaxLegend can understand what you're explaining and possibly fix it. (Last edited by The Xeogred on 03-19-05 10:39 PM) |

Originally posted by HoboConductor Until you play Secret of Mana ... You are a sad little man. But honestly, it's perhaps my all time favorite Real-Time action fighting RPG ever ... or, favorite game period. And if you want an even more in depth real time RPG, go with the sequel Seiken Densetsu 3 (After you play SoM). You'll be blown away by SD3 because it's easily the most impressive SNES game in existance, seriously, the graphics are something you'd see on the PSX using 2D images, the music is incredible, and the depth of the game is so amazing, there's techniques, different magic, different character classes, multiple storylines because YOU choose your 3 playable characters throughout the game, and ... did I say it freaking rocks? DO NOT live a gamer life without playing Secret of Mana, and then Seiken Densetsu 3. SD3 might be a little hard to find, and you'll need to find a translated version of the rom unless you can read Japanese, if you can't find it, PM me, and I'll help you out.
