| For me:
- Sayin Saga = Awesome, this is unique. - Namek / Ginyu / Freiza = WOW, amazing. Its serious, mystical, and magically awesome! - Android / Cell = Ah, repetition. Some cool parts. - Majin = Interesting, cool to see Goku and Vegeta fight again. - Buu = Shit, stop here. Destroy this crap, its ruining my life! Yeah, even back in my Junior High days when I was a huge fan, I hated the Buu Saga. It just seemed terrible in everyway, so repetitive, so un-serious, so stupid. I hated it, and I hardly saw most of it (once Buu turned people into Chocolate, split in two, and stuff like that I stopped watching it). Like Akira originally planned, the Freiza Saga should have been the last. I sometimes now like to look at the rest of DBZ after that as a huge filler. 
Oh, but I guess the Buu Saga wasn't as bad as GT. In total from peices of episodes here and there I've probably managed to watch two entire GT episodes. Its not just shit, but melting shit. Definitely one of the worst anime's out there, and the world would be better off without it (the music, oh man is it terrible). |

Maybe I'll do what I've thought of doing, and turn it into a 100% Super Metroid or Link to the Past site. Kind of like our affiliate Tower of Babil, all that focus entirely on FFIV. Its nifty, has a focus, stuff ... I guess. I dunno, I guess I just need to find dedicated people. I used to think it was the smaller size of our community, but then I look at Tuvai's, which has been about the same size as us, but they've been around a lot longer and we've passed them in numbers. But they have dedication. 242 Game Guides... 165 Reviews, yet a smaller community than us. Blah. Wish I could code too, CMS's are a pain at times. |

Actually, has anyone seen the Japanese version of GT? I wonder if it has different music, since DBZ does (the difference is huge. DBZ in Japan had this old 80's action show styled music, while the US version had uh, trance?). |

I don't know what to say, on one hand I'm a little shocked and it will be sad to see some of the awesome hosts go (possibly), but on the other I don't really care and it doesn't surprise me. Ever since G4 bought out TechTV, it just kept going downhill for me.

Damn this was an excellent movie. Although I'm not a huge Leonardo Dicapio (sp?) fan, he really shined in this movie and many sources are saying he'll probably get nominated for a few awards over this movie, even over Jach Nicholsan and others. Past that though, this film was just damn good. I'd say it had somewhat of a similar style to the Bourne Identity movies, and Goodfellas. Its pretty long (2 hours and 30 minutes), but from the beginning to the end you're hooked. And the ending, oh man is it laugh out funny yet extremely awesome at the same time. Towards the end, so much happens, and before that it has you guessing and guessing, and even at several instances my friends and I thought it was over but it wasn't. Towards the ending it was just brilliant twists galore. I don't really know what to say, but this movie had it all. Absolutely stunning acting, a great and big impressive cast, very amazing plot and twists, everything was just top notch. SEE THIS MOVIE! (Last edited by Sexy Awesome on 10-15-06 03:44 AM)

Hmm, nah. And some say its the best movie of the year, but I'm not sure about that. However, its something I'll probably buy, and with my DVD collection ranging from a whopping 10-20 movies that should definitely say something.

But yeah, man was the acting excellent in this. Jack's character was kind of the comic relief though, he's somewhat of a mafia-like King guy full of himself, and just thinks he's totally invincible. I couldn't help but imagine him as The Joker in this at times.

I haven't played it yet, but a bunch of friends and I plan on checking it out. I was a huge fan of the original PSO, so I'm sure I'll probably enjoy this. And it'll be really fun since I'll actually be able to play on Live. Anyone check this out yet?

But yeah, its funny to note G4 basically took and made X-Play their main, and basically only videogame show thesedays - and in the first place it wasn't even their's. But its always been good. Oh yeah, who hates the new set like me? Thing is though that article mentions layoffs. But I'm assuming hosts aren't considered as much as others behind the scenes, but who knows. Although I agree with your feelings about Attack of the Show, I like to believe the Screensavors is truly dead, and gone. Because Attack of the Show is such a horrible replacement, it doesn't even deserve to be its somewhat unofficial successor. Damn did I love TSS, I watched that show every single freaking day while I ate dinner. I learned things, because they took in a dozen or so questions that were good. Remember when it was on G4 and they took ... one question? Wow. AoTS didn't just kill TSS, it pissed on it. I can't lie though, I have enjoyed AoTS when I've watched it at a friends house from time to time, but its still like comparing a hut to a Galactic Empire. On a random note Kevin Rose and his friends do online TV show stuff now. Its weird, but still has that TechTV blood in it. I don't know of any specific links right now, but try linking off kevinrose.com or something like that to find it. But remember Brendon, that stupid guy? Apparently him and Sarah Lane got married. Poor Kevin Rose. I think Kriston Holt got fired, which is stupid because she was a great host, and quite good looking in my opinion. I saw a lot of people over G4 forums say she would've been better to have than Olivia on AoTS, and I'd have to agree. She had much more of an outgoing personality, and was just overall more awesome. Anyways, other shows I've missed that were replaced with shit: - Judgement Day - Although Tallarico's arguements were so stupid (for a Kirby game, he argued because you play as a big pink ball, the game gets a 3 out of 10 or something), I still liked the show and he made it funny at times. And it was just good. - G4tv.com - Laura and Tina were bodacious! Okay, okay. But beyond that I thought this was a really good show. It was fun to hear what other gamers had to say over live TV instead of just reading a forum, article, blog, or something like that. Others probably that I can't think of, I'm tired. But like I originally said in my first post, basically ever since G4 bought out TechTV and shit on them, its all been going downhill. So far to the point that I can't really say I'd care to see the network go completely. If TechTV died, good riddance to G4. Edit: Yeah, Arrested Development is great.
