Seriously, if Jack Black or Tenacious D went for a more serious approach in Metal, they'd be one of the greatest bands alive.
I mean they're awesome, but you know what I mean. Jack Black hands down has one of the best voices out there. Practicaly just as good as Manowar's legendary Eric Adams (they even sound similar. I can't help but look at The Pick of Destiny almost as a spoof of Manowar). |

Not yet, I will definitely look into it though.
Its fun to talk about other horrible games too though. Another one ... Steven Seagal is the Final Option (something like that). For the SNES. Just look at it. |

Perhaps we should keep it like this?
But, it'd probably be best if we kept the same dimensions. And since some of these are your guys first attempts at banners, and some are jokes (SK's), we should probably get some more made? I'd say something like 620px by 120px. So if you guys want, start making some new banners by those dimensions or somethng! |

Hey "Vash", you might know me better as MasterSephir...... yeah. P

Well, cool to see you around these times. Plan on being real active again? By the way, what kind of car are you building? (I mean make and stuff)

I'm actually liking a rotation idea, for permanent status.
|
I just think it could be better than this set.

That'll be pretty dang nice.

I've gone drifting sometimes with one of my friends, in his typical two door 96 Honda Civic. But hey it works, and he's pretty awesome at drifting (although his car sometimes sounds like its falling apart afterwards).

I still need to download the XBL demo once we get our wireless net up again ...
|
I wasn't much of a fan for the Underground games, but from what one of my friends has told me and from the things I've seen about this game, it looks a lot more interesting.

I'm going to guess you've been spending some time at some pretty big forums lately? I can never get into huge boards with 500 forums and whatnot.
|
I get active at GameFAQ's from time to time (Xeodeus), and they suffer from just about everything you mentioned. Especially duplicate topics. But its not surprising since its probably one of the top most active communities in the world. (You make a topic, by the time you've posted it or refreshed your browser your topic could be another page or two back in the list, because of people posting new topics themselves or replying to other threads). Post count is pretty much non-existent there though, and I can't see how anyone could make friends there since there's hundreds of thousands of uses there (6,000 on the boards now). But yeah, huge forums are kind of lame to me.

I posted a little bit at metalstorm.ee a long time ago, and the Metal Encyclopedia (site that I've got all my albums listed under. Definitely full of elitests there). (restricted) |

I don't know, it just seemed pretty lackluster compared to the first, by a lot.

Kind of like Perfect Dark Zero ... ugh.

I've actually never thought of combining Jones soda's.
|
But yeah, Vault is okay. But to me it still tastes a little too much like Mountain Dew, which I've never really cared for.

Yeah, you just slip the game in. But you have to have a GC controller to play the games.
|
Then for VC games, you'll usually see a picture next to the image of the game that'll show you which controllers you can use (Wiimote, GC controller, Classic controller).

You haven't seen Surge in years because it completely died.
|
Also, saying 7up is just like Sprite to me is like saying Coke and Pepsi are the same thing. They are, but there's enough of a difference to take a preference. I've never really liked 7up, but I've always enjoyed Sprite. Lately though I've been liking Sierra Mist more (it seems to be popping up in more places lately).

Oh, for the love of god if only the entire world knew that it IS absolutely NOTHING more than a port. The ONLY thing the Wii version has over the Gamecube version, it the Wiimote. That is IT. The Wii's power wasn't unlocked at all, but that's besides the point. Twilight Princess is still 99% a Gamecube game. It is a port. Who "beeps" in this game? Definitely not Midna, she speaks in her own language. If you say that's dumb, then 80% of the species in Star Wars must be dumb I guess. I'm going to guess you really haven't played any of the Zelda games. Yes, they can give Link a voice, but Link, a lot like Ryu from Breath of Fire, Chrono , Samus, Gordon Freeman, and plenty of other videogames out there, has NEVER had any dialogue and never speaks. It'd simply un-eedingly break the tradition. Its surprising to see you complement the graphics and music however, when those were the lower points of the game for me. Textures were griddy, and as some reviews have argued the game looked like it was designed by two art team at times. And the music wasn't really anything compared to past Zelda games, and whatnot. I'd just love to know, how much have you actually played? (Last edited by Gredius on 12-20-06 04:19 AM) |
