Well, you've got two doors here:

1. One good game. 2. Open door to an entire library of games. But I guess it depends what you're after. If you could manage to get a deal like I did a few years ago: I bought a Dreamcast, 2 controllers, a memory card, Shemnue and Hydro Thunder all for $40-50, and it was totally worth it to me. Since then I've bought a few great Dreamcast games like Power Stone, Ecco the Dolphin, Sonic Adventure, Resident Evil Code Veronica, etc. One factor is though, a lot of the DC games got ported over to other systems, especially the PS2 and Gamecube. So if you're maybe out looking for specific games, maybe check first and see if they were ported to another system. Clock's right though, DC games seem to be getting more and more rare to come by thesedays. I can usually only find them around here at collectibles stores, but they're usually extremely cheap too (unless its Skies of Arcadia and stuff). If it were me, I'd go for the system since it could end up offering so much more in the end, but that's me. (Last edited by Odin on 04-08-07 04:21 PM)

But yeah, this trailer really didn't blow my mind or anything, but I'm pretty exciting about the game. I loved Vice City and San Andreas to death, and since then I haven't been able to get into any other game that's evolved out of the genre. Saints Row, Crackdown, etc ... they all just didn't really appeal to me for very long, they just didn't seem as well done as the GTA games.

Yeah, most people seem to say the guy we've seen in the pictures is Chris, from RE.

I remember hearing the gameplay will be based off of RE4, and the zombies will move quicker and whatnot. RE4 is probably one of my top favorite games of all time, so yeah I really can't wait for this game.

If you could recommend me ONE awesome awesome anime, what would it be? Include in depth details, reasons and explanations, and whatnot.

I have not watched anime in ages. Also I've always been more keen to the serious stuff. Not a big fan of "slice of life" anime's like Love Hina and whatnot either (unless its Maison Ikkoku). I don't care how old it may be. I love Robotech, etc. And maybe nothing crazy like a shonen, it'd be and endless journey for me to watch something that gets around 90 episodes or more. Ah, Gungrave. I've heard its a really great series, and most of my friends who have seen it say its better than Trigun (same creators I think?). I've had that on my external HD for awhile too, I should start watching it. |
Lots of people seem to say Full Metal Panic is great too. So I'll look into that. Tsubasa Chronicles, I think I've seen an episode or two. Black Cat does sound interesting. I don't know if I'll like Scryed. I hated Vandread, but didn't mind Nadesico. I'm just weird with my anime tastes I guess. Maybe if I watch just one episode of something a day ... Like Sparda, in my personal and humble opinion all of those girls don't look very attractive to me either, at all. Though honestly I think a few of them have potential, but not in a state like that. Lose the colored hair, the overdose of eyeshaddow, etc ... also, just to get it out the hair colors and whatnot the 2nd and 3rd girls have, I fiind to be extremely ugly. I honestly can't help but think of a skunk when I see stuff like that, seirously. Though, cawn maybe you're looking at this too seriously or something. Sure I could instantly label those girls as everyday myspace girls, but at the same time I can't say I've seen a lot of girls like that to that extreme in person. There's a few, every once and awhile at school, but not really a lot like that at all. Then again my High School wasn't too big (maybe about 1,000-1,200 people), and now in College I think most people are mature enough to just simply be relaxed with themselves, but that's me.
