Anyone know of any good torrent sites where I can get albums?
Supernova is dead ... so, yeah. If anyone knows, please PM me! Don't post links here, or you will be destroyed. (Last edited by The Xeomega on 03-27-05 12:56 PM) |

Yeah, I've seen worse myself. And honestly your posts have never bothered me Spy, since you actually space out your sentences.
(Run on sentences kill my interest) But still, learn the ways of good typing. (Last edited by The Xeomega on 03-27-05 01:14 PM) |

Yeah Cairoi, it's Serge.

I've played and beaten both at least 3 times (Maybe more for Trigger). I've never hesitated to prefer Trigger. It's a pure classic, and I just enjoyed the storyline a lot more than Crosses, the idea with time travel just took the cake for me. But I could probably make a bigger list with how awesome Cross was: The art, my god to this day I will still argue this game had the greatest still-backdrops in any RPG back in the day; The music, you can't compare Cross's score to any other game out there, why? It's beyond anything. And the battle system was just really fun, and it hardly ever got boring, along with the very cool element system that allowed great customization with characters. My only complaint for Cross: Short game. All the times I've completely beaten it, it only took me about 20 hours or so. Either way, you can't go wrong with both games. But if you're somoene who's only played one, I highly recommend you play the other. Just personally, I've always favored Trigger more.

Originally posted by Spyware Honestly, I'd easily take Tesla over Guns N' Roses. (I always kind of compare the two) But yeah, seriously Spy, I can't see why you wouldn't like Queensryche unless you're drunk or something, you'd probably like them a lot. (Since I know you have good taste in music) (Last edited by The Xeomega on 03-27-05 09:57 PM)

As my friends will say, holding a PSP in your hands is like holding god's hand.
|
Seriously, I got to play on one myself for a bit ... it blows the DS away. The graphics, are seriously just as good as the PS2, if not slicker. And just the whole layout of the system is just very slick and nice. I'd seriously love to have one, and probably will get one by the end of this year, but a car and a computer are first on my list. ... Or a job. (restricted) |

Originally posted by Boondock Saint I do family events -at least- every other weekend. From my parents and family, I'm still put into the "kids" group even when I'm 17. These events always overide my own plans with my friends. Sorry, but I've just gotten sick of doing all this family stuff.

Some videogame T-Shirts, I'm probably going to take them back and get a Queensryche shirt or two instead. I have way too many videogame shirts already.

That's about it.

Don't post links! Then again I guess it's not a big deal here. You can post things like you did, just don't directly link to anything. But I probably won't go there, I'm looking for a good pr0n free torrent site (Yes, laugh if you will. Haha ...) (And if some of you don't understand my post, I'm looking for a good torrent site that does NOT have pr0n, something good like supernova) (Last edited by The Xeomega on 03-27-05 10:08 PM)

Yeah, I remember seeing some Japanese Mafia movie awhile ago, I think it's been released to the US, but it was still extreme. It was somewhat similar to the Godfather, only at the end it had this freaking HUGE gun shootout, people dying left and right. It was insane. (Last edited by The Xeomega on 03-27-05 10:10 PM)

Originally posted by Tamarin Calanis Boring battles in Cross. Have you played Legend of Dragoon? Boring RPG's for the PSX? I have yet to see the amount of good RPG's it had on any other system. Just saying things. Cairoi: Trigger, The Story; Cross, the novel. Not a bad example there, and I could probably agree. Cross was a really open-ended game, tons of different paths you could take, and many different characters that you could or couln't get throughout the game varied by your choices. Time wise though, I have to kind of disagree. I'm not really comparing it to today's games, that's just ... not fair. But back in the day, most RPG's that I played for the PSX took me at least over 50 hours to beat, FFVII, FVIII, and FFIX all took me over 80. (Then again, I'm one who likes to max out all my characters and stats, complete all sidequests, etc). Cross does kind of redeem itself with it's length issue though, since it has many different paths it has good reply value, and there's the New Game+ feature. And just for the record, yes, I have no idea what I'm argueing about. Truly, both Cross and Trigger are among my top favorite games.

Originally posted by Bloodreign Yeah, the 2D fighters are especially dying out. But there are some serious hardcore fans out there. I've never really been to big on fighters of any kind, the only series I've really ever enjoyed a lot were; Street Fighter, Killer Instinct, and Tekken, other than that fighting games just kind of bore me. But beat em' ups were just really fun, and great at the arcades. I just wish they were still around. If I end up making games for a career, I'll bring back the genre! (laughs)

Any Turrican fans here? Speaking of a modded PSX though, Bloodreign; You actually could maybe just get a Japanese PSX. I remember my friend had one, and we'd play burned games, and imported Japanese games on it perfectly fine. No modifications done to it or anything, it was just a very old PSX module and was Japanese. Don't take my word for it, that might not work, but I have seen burned PSX games played on an unmodified PSX. On the subject though: Has anyone played any good vertical shooters? (Going upwards) I remember playing a ton of games like that at Pizza stores on arcades and such, but I can't remember any names.
