| Yeah, for me the most annoying thing were the Marines on the Warthog's turret. They only fire in bursts and take random breaks and stop firing every few seconds or so. Pretty annoying.
I think one thing that I can applaud Halo 3 for is the co-op, online and everything. Those were good times. |

But yeah, I've heard it's actually Infinity Ward and Call of Duty 4 itself causing a lot of the connecting problems. They apparently need more servers or something, from some article I read a few days ago. I'm sure this will be fixed sometime soon though. It's been "somewhat" better on XBL the last few days. | What everyone else said basically, two years at that age isn't a big deal at all. Heck, I have a friend (now 20) who's dated two Juniors ...
And I don't think you really have to admit to your friend you were wrong, just that you changed your mind and thought about it (though that could be the same thing, oh well). |

Yeah ... I'm having money issues myself now, it's time to get another job. I'm hoping I can land this one at "Succher's Express" or something like that. It's a warehouse type of thing but instead of moving huge boxes and stuff (UPS) I think I'll just be organized smaller ones for shipping out medical supplies and stuff. The pay apparently starts at $11-12 dollars and hour, about the rate Asst. Managers were getting at Jiffy Lube. But yeah, haven't had an income for two months and it's starting to show. The worst part is my mom told me I'm paying for this semester entirely by myself, because of how lazy I've been the previous semesters at school. Luckily I worked out a payment plan but it's gonna hurt soon. |

| I've just about had it with this shit.
I'm more than sure other gamers here might have this same issue. As long as I've lived, my parents continue to basically make fun of me for playing videogames, as much as I do. Sure I've been playing a little more lately since I quit my job but they think I play a ridiculous amount that's completely blown out of proportion (like 5-6 hours a day? Uh, no). It's been getting worse lately with my mom thinking I'm depressed and not having a job, they basically put it in terms that it's "all I do" all day everyday and that's not even the fucking case. Why can't I just fucking play videogames and not worry about getting shit for it? For crying out loud my dad has been playing guitar since his late teens and these days he plays every single day. I've really just about had it with being "reserved" when it comes to discussions with my parents (not really ever speaking my mind), and completely going off on him. And they won't get off my ass about getting a job, that's not very helpful in being antagonizing about it. For 20 years I'm disappointed they don't quite understand how exactly I mentally function. All of a sudden I've got to pay for college, books, and everything entirely on my own this semester too. Since my mom doesn't feel "motivated" to borrow money. On top of this my dad is now making me pay for car insurance and phone stuff again, which is fine and all ... but great timing, seriously (oh just paid for new tags too). I wasn't paying this for a few months since last summer because I had to pay for my own chiropractic treatment, which was about $1400 of my own money or around there, though I'm still going in every few months and whenever I walk through those doors it's another $60 or so. What I'm getting at is it just seems like they don't even want me around the house anymore. My mom keeps telling me "I can take a semester off" of school and just work, I'm not sure what she's getting at there anymore. Whatever. This is like a diary rant I guess because it's just random shit I've been thinking about today while being pretty pissed off about all things in the world. Hopefully I can get this new job I'm trying to get or something and hopefully I'll do good this semester, so they'll just shut the hell up and leave me alone. |

| If you like early Celtic Frost (I'm talking their Morbid Tales EP from 1984), you should check out Hellhammer, the name the band went under in the early 80's. Evil stuff.
And you'd probably like Tyrant (US) and their release "Too Late to Pray". I must warn you, this song will destroy your home! Haha, but here's a track from it: Eve of Desctruction. If you like Slayer, thrash is crazy. Exumer, Onslaught (The Force!), Heathen, Testament, Vio-lence (bad vocals but bloodthirsty riffage), Laaz Rockit, Holy Terror, just some random ones that come to mind. |
