Actually I loved Two Face's face in this, it looked very similar to the comics/cartoon (that the series seems to take hints from, especially revolving around the Scarecrow in the first one). Also, it's rather sad Ledger died after this, if he wasn't already gaining popularity with other roles, this would've skyrocketed his career easily. Not to mention Joker clearly not dying ... though I don't think we'll be seeing him again in Nolan's Batman films, there's just no way on Earth anyone could fill Ledger's shoes for such a role. I guess in a way I kind of like how they did that, the Joker lives on for Ledger. Seriously, I don't know what else I can add. Iron Man was fun, funny, and just all around awesome, but this was just balls to the wall epic. Best movie of the year easily in my book. I have no idea how they're going to make a follow up to this, with the villians and all, I'm just not sure how it's going to possible. But, Nolan is just ... incredible. If anyone can do it, he can. Personally I only think good possiblities right now would be Catwoman (perhaps) and maybe the Riddler. But I have no idea. I have no complaints at all. Interestingly enough, Bruce/Batman had probably the smallest role in this one, though I guess it's balanced out since the first one focused heavily on him. (Last edited by Xeu on 07-22-08 02:11 AM) |

It's gotten a little over the top but it's still entertaining, it's just not something to be taken too seriously (just like Black Lagoon). From what I've seen a lot of people just currently like R2 a lot because there's no competition, most other currently airing shows aren't that worthwhile compared to it. If you don't like it though, that's fine. Why should we try to enlighten you or anything? Better to not force yourself into something if you're not enjoying it, is what I usually say. Especially when it comes to anime. Most of my favorites have been random watches and stuff I've discovered on my own, what others think shouldn't really matter. I know that's a silly argument for everything, but that's just how I think with anime. |

I have a few former members worked on, though I'd rather not hand them out (they're pretty much broken and really imcomplete anyways). If you guys think you can handle the task then give it a shot I guess, but battle systems are probably among the most time consuming things you could work on.

If you do so I'd recommend setting up your own temp AB somewhere with our shop for testing at least (I think the shop was with 1.9?). With a bunch of SQL and file changes testing it here would just be too messy. @DarkSlaya: Here's a funny one, maybe fixing threads by user? I always forget how messed up it is ...
